Couldn't you cook them out? I realize the recommended FDA temperatures are likely misleading. My wife bought salmon the other day and I didn't want to eat it. She got upset with me so I ended up cooking it. We didn't actually even end up eating it for entirely different reasons! 😂😂
I just ate salmon from Costco like 3 days ago and didn’t see any worms, but now when I 💩 I have noticed thin worm like moving things in my 💩 please advise.

You might have some die off symptoms that’ll feel almost flu like (it’s different for everyone) and you will very possibly see some worms in the toilet! Does that mean theres mold or is that 2 parasites. I wish they had a CLEAR explaination for what we were seeing. YES, i can GUESS and/or ASSUME , but KNOWING is ALWAYS BEST. @@mrsrogershood I'm noticing major healing this morning ! I have had lumps in my groin lymph nodes. I mixed DMSO turmeric ginger and clove with 40 percent bottled water. I put a couple drops on the lumps every few hrs and they are almost gone ! Oh I have a 3rd nipple on my hip almost completely dissolved ! I'm open to any advice u miracle worker you. 😊
For your sake don’t look inside organic produce the bugs will scare you there too 😂 … it’s called the life cycle if you want wild caught yeah there might be parasites as like wild cats have fleas. TBH I’d rather cook something and eat it that had parasites then half of the food the us makes
cod are bottom feeding trash fish most cod that is wild caught has parasites that’s why haddock is more expensive than cod they swim higher in the water column and have a cleaner diet
