Just curious as to the lack of heavy trucks driving along those roads. Is the A4 not that heavily used for industry in St. Thomas/Portland? Excellent video as usual!
Judging by the shadows, and since the sun rises in the east, this looks like it was shot around early morning I have a platinum adults only swim out in January I don’t see much sunlight on those things. I wonder if it gets better in the afternoon. ?
I beleive the government should renegotiate with the chinese so that we can have construction workers and civil engineers trained on how to build these so after a few years we have the skilled to build these ourselves.
I’m surprise that a development of that capacity will only have 500 parking spaces, that will only be enough for staff. They should really rethink the parking situation.
@@audleymclean3724 Notice a lot of African RU-vid bloggers are coming to Jamaica and using the island as easy passage to the US. Some even falsely post Jamaica in the title of their videos to get likes, popularity and money.
Good job Drone view , i can’t for the landscaping hope they bring some top soil , usually by now you would see temporary lights through out the buildings and premises. Big up my parish .
the government of Jamaica did not do a good job in building out the urban center in St Thomas because you have all that land around the urban center which could have been turned into a new city 🏙️ for St Thomas but the prime minister didn't look at the big picture
Sometimes in trying to sound smart u sound stupid. This is not meant to be a city but a town square. With all the essentials to build out a city. A build out of a city is not for gov to do but for private sector. 2 the.land is not all owned by gov either. 3 the purpose of gov is to ensure there is a development order for the area and the municipality ensures it's followed. It's them up to the private sector to build out around it. Instead of spending so much money building a city the pm instead of building a similar town center in broundbrook in Portland , a new town center for Falmouth a new negril town center, 1 coming for Mandeville and another for black River so it's you lacks vision and chat too much
It's you who is shortsighted. Sometimes in trying to sound smart and visionary you sound stupid. The morant town center is designed to be a catalyst for development. This is all that's need along with development orders. Putting all the essentials services in 1 area is critical for ease of doing business it's now up to the private sector to build out around it. The govs job is to provide the infrastructure which they have done. Instead of spending a lot more money to build out a "city" which is not necessary the pm is building another urban center in boundrook Portland, another town center in Falmouth another on negril another in black River and another in Manchester. That's how u utilize resources instead of spending it all in 1 place u spread around so more ppl can benefit. Sometimes y'all chat too much
