@@creativetraininghacks that‘s true for the other bank. The bank where we start has actually a narrow path 🌳 Most important is to be aware about how lucky we are: the distance and steepness of the bank are both perfectly matching the space and height of our setting 💯🎯 only one meter closer or farther and we’d be able to have so much fun 🤩 same about a slightly more flat or upright bank 🌊 thanks God 🙏🏼
@@Epoxinator curiosity is very important! Well, sometimes I slightly pinch my forearm skin leading to superficial bruising which disappears generally within an half day. Important to note that one should NOT use “cubital fossa” aka “inner elbow” but rather the “upper forearm” just before the “elbow pit”
Thank you! Yes it’s indeed super cool to feel like flying 🤩 the sense of accomplishment is just amazing as you rely at least on your inherited ape grip strength and at best on your creativity to perform a load bunch of tricks/technics across the river 🤙🏼
Additionally to the complexity of the movement, there is also the difficulty due to the spacing between the rings, which is almost 20% farther than the other rig used in winter (you can roughly recognize it in background). Here the feedback of my buddy with whom we start swinging in 2018 and who is still belonging to the best “ringflyer” of the surrounding:
Our primary school playground was equipped with such rings back in the early 1950s. We children ( ages 5 to 7) had no idea what their actual purpose was. We instead chose to hang from them on one leg after muscling our way up.
