my big brother also experienced hard psychosis and it was a really bad time for the whole family. but hes normal now and im glad you are too mate. keep your head up and keep grinding!

Its good thst you've got plans! They shape you as a person you know? Having plan for even a week of your life is really important because its not just thoughts as in "I need to do something" but rather "I decided to change, I am responsible, I've got plans to do for this week, lemme go through them".
