Genius... No words or brush can depict such a beauty. So clean, so strong, so full of memories... It reminds my a T S. Eliot verse: "The notion of some infinitely gentle, infinitely suffering thing." Mark's music is the best you can listen to when you are sad or happy; when you are are alone or when you hold your sweetheart in your arms; when you want to remember or forget; when you're driving down the road... No comparison: he is the king! Thank you Mr. Knopfler for your legacy: Bach and Beethoven would be proud to see their names close to yours (and all Dire Straits of course) in an hypothetical "musicians wall". And 2024. An absolute master guitarist who has taught me much. It's not just about playing but making it sing on its own. Not ever in this world will you find a man Like Mr Mark Knopfler or be able to ever replicate who this legend has achieved for many of mortar souks to listen to. Sir we salute you.
Happiness, sadness? You can't describe it... the tones sometimes hit the soul, sometimes the heart. I just can't get enough of it. I'm high every time... without ever having taken anything. It's incredible how the music 🎶 without any words, but with just those amazing notes and composition can reach places so Depp inside our souls and give us emetions and memories that will never go away. I wish I was born earlier to see them live ❤
