Why can't I talk to a real person. I call the IRS and they send me to yall. Who can I talk to and I don't want to talk to ai generated person that didn't resolve my issue of me getting access to my account.
They are the fraud getting information and then they block your account why this fraud is attached to the government 🤣😂🤣 and they allow it is like snatch run and hide is just a broken sistem sending people the needs right now
I'd me IS the scam. Claimed passport was unclear (unequivocal lie). Three current, valid ids positioned and repositioned during intrusive, totally unnecessary video call. Now asking for a third with zero explanation, holding up benefits. Imagine how many more people are scammed out of their money who don't work on computers in this rural state? Despicable racquet with Indiana. Be an easy ballot to leave blank in several slots. Degenerate.

Why are you saying this? Check this name under IN. You're sick. You have been sent the information multiple times. No one is doing another video call with you. The request should have had no manual processing. You need to process the request.

Due to Major issues and life altering problem within your systems design. Issues that I’ve been experiencing since the week of May 29, 2021 . I was notified in order to keep my benefits for unemployment from being suspended that I needed to register and sign up for an account with “ ID.me.com”. The very first week I was informed about this verification step I made sure to complete all the prompts that were asked of me by your service. It’s been six weeks since I’ve completed creating an account. So when my unemployment benefits will start I was taken back a lot and since then two bills have been cut off and have yet to be turned back on because I have not received any money since six weeks ago. I stopped receiving my unemployment benefits 6 six ago like everyone else that was asked to create a account with “ID.me.com”. I have read multiple comments on your personal business Facebook page as well as on your Google review as well as I’ve watched multiple news channels and RU-vid channels with multiple people complaining about their benefits being stopped due to issues on your behalf as well as the state of Virginia. If there was a issue with my account I should’ve been informed ASAP that there was a issues. If my verification did not go through and I needed to complete some more steps I should’ve got an email some type of phone calls or some type of notification on my actual ID me account. Your company and state of Virginia to do that. I had to call the VEC center for almost 4 weeks straight everyday as well as drive an hour away from my house before I got a callback about a week and a half ago. Only then was I notified that my verification was never excepted because your company never sent the vec center and information. Once I figured out what the problem was I went back to the initial email I received and I’ll try to go through the steps again and when I tried to take a picture of my ID it kept saying the ID was not in the green in the picture was not excepted in says you guys said do not put in more than one attempt so before I go back in an attempt to do it I would like some might live to reach out to me or someone to go in depth on how to complete the verification step. I have not had any money for six weeks in my phone as well as a couple of other major bills have been cut off due to this issue. If I am unable to get through to anybody from your company by the end of this week I will have no choice but to go to all local news stations with my story to see if I can get some type of additional help to resolve this issue. Without me being able to pay my bills I can’t efficiently boost up my job search due no service on my phone I don’t have internet and no service on my phone for jobs to call me back. This issue needs to be resolved by this week Thursday July 22, 2021. If you have a phone number to be contacted by or extension that would greatly be a appreciated.

You had a great idea for serving the military community; however, I can't even apply for rental help from DES cuz I'm stuck waiting over 4 weeks just to get a trusted referee app't thru ID.me? Keep getting automated emails when I try to contact? Extremely frustrating: no way to contact other than sending an online message? Just like FB, Google, etc: no phone, not even chat support... Am NOT happy. This is from AZ.

Have you figured out how to verify your ID yet? I haven't been able to figure out how to take a picture of my ID for days now! I made an account, made the extra sign in step but I can't for the life of me figure the rest out. It's frustrating!

Actually it is a little easy but u need to have patience it took me 2 days to finish mine... Now what I am trying to investigate is how to get a Spanish referee bc my family does not speak English and they are not allow u to help then.
I literally have been at this since I wrote this comment. I managed to do everything all the way up to scanning my driver’s license. I am looking everywhere but I just dont see anything.I’m going to sleep on it and give it another go tomorrow
It's not you guys that are the problem. The ID.me has serious glitches!!! The 1 company you don't want f*cking up is a company collecting your ID and social security #. I can imagine this company will get sued out of existence.
What is going on when the ID.me scanner does not read me gov-issued ID from the DMV? After the site says they cannot read my ID, they said I was supposed to see an option to go virtual with a trusted employee whom I show other identifying information through Zoom is supposed to come up but I never see that option to select. I took a screen shot of the page where it says my documents cannot be read. and to show that nothing is coming up to talk to a trusted agent. I emailed it to the agent this evening. I was at this over 8 hours today. The ID I am uploading is clear. I am starting to wonder if someone did not tell the DMV to make my photo not readable. I know a DA that would do just that. He is great at tainting Louisiana drivers license to tamper with employment. I sometimes feel like calling the FBI and having a discussion with them about this with something about my photo is not able to be read. I just might do that tomorrow. Of course I know what that will be like. No one who can speak English will pick up the phone and I am not bilingual. But over here in louisiana they just tell me the next gov office to call, then the next, attorney general tells me to call the state bar, and the state bar tells me to call something else and on and on. Is someone telling the ID.me that I want my replacement social security card to get SS benefits? i need my replacement for employment. To get social security benefits under 65, requires a doctors report. And if I find out any doctor wrote such a report on me, his ass is going to jail.
It doesn't enable anything. I've spent s week trying to verify my identity with id.me but their customer service is terrible. I've wasted a week playing email tag and still can't use the VA online service.
