That is the most trolling guide i have found on GW2 so far. "Buy that from heart vendors" - there are 5 hearts on the map, i need two vendors - how do I know which ones???? and you prudently cut cf the mini map out from the video!
he LITERALLY shows the 2 hearts you have to complete then says "buy from the heart vendors" if you cannot extrapolate that the 2 guys selling stuff were the 2 heart's you just completed then that's on you. This guide is amazing! You're just wrong.
the beginning section between 0:40 to 2:15 is outdated and contains so much misinformation please don't listen to it I can't even take the time to dissect each part but just know most of it isn't correct
I don't have all expansion but i like to believe Griffon starts shining when you do! Why do i say this? Well, the ability to gain good speed from ground is not there until you get jadebot and / or skyscale, and you probably want both. Until then, your use it pretty niche / limited.
Without Bond Of Vigor, the Griffon is kind of useless. And leveling to Bond Of Vigor after leveling all the Griffon Masteries, doing the Collections and getting 250 G...no, thanks. Absolute timewaste.
I wish there were more activity but now it's almost a dead map. It's hard enough fighting the different events as the LFG have been empty for years. At best there's between 5-8 people in the map which isn't enough to finish the meta.
I have been watching a group of multi box bots for three weeks now, none of them have been banned, after being reported every single day, they are allowed to just sit and bought farm all day no problem.
If you can’t beat the bots, you might as well join them, make 50 accounts and go farm everywhere, because they do nothing about level two accounts that sit and farm all day…. But if you just sit there on a single account, you’ll be banned within hours.
you can also get to 500 by unlocking the garden plot and recipe for varietal seed crop thing, just sylvari part of that collection, and crafting those ascended seeds all the way, it shouldnt cost as much, i find these from the TP the cheapest bowl of apple sauce - for fine nourish 1 for each salvage feast of stuffed zucchinis - 10 masterwork each tray of raspberry peach compote - 10 rare each pitcher of desert spiced coffee - 10 exotic each you can also buy the varietal seeds on tp if you dont wanna do, specially the heat stone delivery but just want to get to 500 just felt like typing
This video doesn’t really explain to a player who has not done this meta event before, where to start, where to go first and how exactly what area to be at! Needs far more information!
I find that with Action Camera + Autotargeting on, left click just attacks once even if autoattack is enabled, so I need to hold left click. My solution is to rebind skill 1 to middle mouse button, and this solves a lot of problems, because pressing the MMB is more convenient than pressing key 1, and pressing the skill button will do 2 actions at the same time (targeting + autoattack), so there is no need to right click to target then hold left click to autoattack. I just press middle mouse button once and it will autotarget and autoattack together.
Skyscale is f*cking useless because it can't fly 100 meters without using up all its energy. If anyone thinks he can fly unlimited amounts of time, he will be in for a bad surprise.
Just got the griffon, and while I certainly like it, I wasn’t terribly impressed at first, but I did notice I (being a complete griffon noob and not owning a skyscale) could outpace other people flying the skyscale pretty readily. That being said, I saw some videos of people that got the three griffon masteries and they show the griffon tearing up the place like a cheetah in heat. So my next task is to learn to fly the griffon the way it’s meant to be flown!!
that's so real omg I've spend the last 2 weeks just trying to get flying mounts and I keep getting to a point, then rechecking and seeing how much I need to do left ;;;;
Ha, it was actually the best thing that could happened to me:-) The only benefit of the program was 2-3 days early access so I could make markers quicker, otherwise, it was just rules and restrictions that I had to swallow.
at the very beginning it is possible to cross the river with a jump then a roll to get closer to the edge, doing the same thing afterwards. Simpler and faster.
