Could be a lot of things. Most likely a bad caliper or brake line not allowing the pads to release. Seized guides would make on pad wear more than the other on the same caliper.
Most likely caliper pins seized or a piston won’t release and is wearing your pads. I just replaced a caliper because the piston would not fully retract.
every road has that crown, but most cars don't wear out on one side. i bet something is sticking in passenger side slide pins or pads sticking in slots for caliper.
