I have both an 08 and 19 my 08 feels faster somehow with the 6speed. I have an acceleration video on my phone of the 08 and itlooks a bit faster too it shifts to 2nd at 35 ish mph and the 19 at around 30 but the 8speed shifts way quicker idk someday ill compare both i dont like dogging my 19 like i do my 08.
It has a 4cylinnder motor I and all my Tacoma lover out there the true Taco lovers will never get a 2024 Tundra V6 or Tacoma V4 Sad Days for us Tacoma lovers
Its real safe until your car is accelerating out of control and you cant turn the car off. My wifes Toyota Avalon floor matt would get stuck under the pedal and accelerate out of control if you hit it and I was unable to turn the car off only thing that stopped it was my reaching down and pulling the floor matt out. There should always be a kill switch for cars. Keys were safer.
That 8 speed is messing this car up. I have an Avalon TRD. I lost to a 4th gen Avalon which makes no sense since my car has higher horsepower and torque numbers.
Damn my ninja 400 could prolly smoke that thing. Though I would love the air conditioning, proper seats, windshield and windows, and the sound system😅😅
