You really should fix your thumbnail. I suggest use the pic of the front side for the thumbnail. And also if you could mention the specs of the home like how many bedrooms at the start of each videos.
I'm sure your seller was very impressed with your ignorance in describing this property. Just to let you and your colleagues know, sinks are only in kithens and utility rooms. Bathrooms and ensuite's have basins not SINKS. very unprofessional by you.
Hi Mam, I hope you are well and your days are going well. I checked out your RU-vid channel and found your nice content and thumbnail construction perfect. But the problem is that you have not SEO your video properly, and that's why your video is not getting more views. If you do video SEO your video will be on the top of the search list and your audience will increase. It's organic views and subscribers increase. it won't be a bot. I also noticed that your video tag is not using SEO keywords, the title description is not SEO friendly, no ranked tag, no high volume ranked tags, and the channel tag is not being used correctly. I can fix these if you want. And I will SEO your videos to reach your target audience. Thank you.
Hi there, the property is currently being marketed at £275,000 and can be seen on Rightmove: www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/146410967#/?channel=RES_BUY
UK developers please make good use of spaces in newly built over 1m houses especially the principal bedroom to have a good size, separated toilet with door and a small window, shower and bath suite with double sinks plus a good size walk in wardrobe/dressing area. Also a good size kitchen with a pantry besides the separated utilities. This house is nice but did not make good use of the spaces. Come on step it up!
The house itself is very nice but why have that carpet up those beautiful stairs, other houses are too close, if you cough up that much money for a house at least get someone like Nina Campbell to design the interior!
Though the neighborhood looks quiet, that hedge provides not only good privacy but also sound abatement, and the gardens are spacious. The house might be considered a bit dated, but it's all been well cared for. The rooms are a good size and the layout is typical of the era.
I live within walking distance of this house. If I had the money, I would walk in with my chequebook tomorrow. Or I could get almost the same property on the outskirts of London for ten times the asking price. However, my wife thinks the garden is too small. FFS! Does she want to kill me mowing acres of grounds?! I'm too old for that!
The light fixtures are really terrible. All of them are overdone and ill suited to the home. The situation of the home is very poor - way too close to the neighbours.
