It really depends if you want to lay down (Fire) or sit down (Breath). I liked Dragons Breath for family adventure. You can see the full zip line length in my video:)
They were both fun in their own ways. I would do both if I were you. The zip line is more for the views and hovering over the water, but the coaster is more exhilarating at high speed. Just make sure you don't press the brake the whole way. Don't worry, it is safe to do so:)
Ana!!!!! OMG!!!! You are amazing! I am so glad you were able to see my video. You were the best guide I ever had and you are so knowledgeable about everything on the island! I am still blown away by the number of different species of Mangos on the Island. I want to try them all. You were so nice and if I ever come back to Saint Lucia I want to hire you as a personal guide for the island! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANA!!!!! I will definitely keep the adventures coming!
I was only there for a few hours, but I would honestly say my favorite food was the fresh fruits I picked up from the fruit stands. They had some exotic ones I had never seen before. I wish I had more time to explore and try more foods!
Thank you so much for this Sr ! Happy to see this side of my country cause actually the situation in Haïti is very special. Hope everything will be okay soon, maybe I'll visit labadee one day!! God bless Haïti 🙌
Do not disrespect La Perla, the tourist area is fully explained you consciously trespassed into their no-tourist territory like daring them, like looking for trouble. You were not going to get robbed, no matter how tough you think you are. Consider yourself Lucky, that you two did not become a missing statistic, you got one of them on Camera without consent even though you were asked not to record.,
I love labadee but the area where they sell is horrible you cant just look they put stuff in your face and try to force you to buy stuff. I try to avoid that part!!😢
Yes, it is a different shopping experience for sure. That is their main source of income so I can understand the hustle. I bought a few paintings from them while I was there. The cruise shop is always open but that supports the cruise line instead of the local economy.
You weren't almost robbed. You went into a residential area to record and the residents were upset, which is something very different. So why that title? Additionally, the other areas of Puerto Rico that are not touristy are very safe. Unless you get into some public housing project or some shady business street. Exactly like any area of the United States.
Caution while going in La Perla. Two tourists have been killed so far going in there and others stabbed. I would not recommend going there. If you do be VERY respectful
2:34 La Perla district....it's routinely known as the most dangerous 'slum' of all of Puerto Rico. Personally, the homes on the hillside and such look quite beautiful there.
Yes, Parasailing! It was listed on the app/website when we went. Maybe it is already booked for your trip or maybe they no longer offer it which would be a shame. I shoot on a Cannon 90D but GoPros were also used.
Great video, what time of year was this? I can’t believe there were no crowds, most videos I watch there are lines and lines of people. Kudos to your mom what a trooper! I am 51 yrs old and a little hesitant to do this but your mom has inspired me. We are cruising on the Vista in April and my 26 and 16 yr old sons want to do this excursion.
Thank you! We went in early January, so we missed the crowds. That is awesome, you can definitely do it! The guides are great and the water is warm. The hardest part is the hike up to the falls. You and your son have fun!
Thank you! I really appreciate that! I was on the 11 day Caribbean Cruise on Vision of the Seas. It is one of Royal Caribbean's older ships. I would highly recommend doing your research on the ship you will be on before going on any cruise.
I forgot the number of the one I filmed in this video, but I recently stayed at #16 when I went again. #16 had a fire pit but the one I filmed this video in didn't.
Hey Daniel! You are going to want to park in one of 2 places. As you enter the park on Southside drive, you will come across the "Swinging Bridge Picnic Area. There is parking there and is a good place to park as a last resort if you show up kind of late ( T minus 2 hours to sunset) (Sometimes they block this area off but you are generally safe). However the best place to park is near the Yosemite Falls Trailhead. There is a big parking area there and if you arrive early (4/5 hours prior to sunset) you should have no problem finding a spot. I recommend showing up at least 5 hours early because spots fill up fast and the closer you get to sunset, the more traffic there is and consequently, less parking. Besides, it is always nice to walk around, eat, and explore prior to going. As for your second question the best viewing area is is east of El Capitan Picnic Area. There are many places you can see the falls from, east of the picnic area, and as you are walking along Northside Drive (about 1.3 miles each way from the parking area) you will see people with cameras out setting up. Pick any of these spots. Just stay east of the falls. PRO TIPS: Bring camp chairs as you will be sitting and waiting for a few hours prior. Also bring hand warmers, warm jackets, snacks or dinner, and a thermostat with a hot drink....it gets very cold while waiting. I hope this is helpful!
For some odd reason the way you say "San Francisco" so clearly stands out to me. LIke you emphasize the 'fran' syllable in a way that sounds too clear for what I am used to.. I'm not used to hearing it said like that. Most sf peeps eat that syllable. Almost like "san fern' cisco " agree with your recs though. I would add the Westfield rooftop sky lounge at night is pretty awesome and the newer salesforce rooftop park.
