How did chicanos claim aztlan…. This is so weird. I get it that being Mexican means you have history with the Aztecs but that doesn’t mean you have Aztec blood in you. Most chicanos have European blood in them and then if they do have indigenous blood that doesn’t mean it’s Aztecs… like me i have purepecha blood.. one of the rival tribes to the Aztecs .. history is more complex and this Chicano aztlan thing is very weird. Aztlan is very unclear so how can y’all claim where 💀. The whole concept doesn’t make sense. We don’t know anything about ancient Aztecs who lived in aztlan so how can we even claim their land… they weren’t even in mexico most likely.
Some Native Americans can't stand Mexicans being able to claim native.. they will openly mock the Cherokee white people though but usually kno way better than to confront a Mexican. Mexican is not a race if you don't have Indigenous bloodline so that pertains to all different nationalities born in Mexico. So if you're Indigenous or Mestizo you are a Native American or Native Mexican Indigenous to the Continent.

100% of Mtdna lineage of a specific group comes from Native Mexican lineages which only account for 30% of the DNA of the average individual in that group. The other 70% inherited DNA comes from the male lineages, the North Atlantic Native American exclusive type DNA. The majority of the Mestizaje also predominantly comes from the Native Mexican Mtdna lineages, with European admixture. You left us for the Spaniards in 1492..
My people come from the convergence of the North Atlantic Native American type and the Mesoamerican type at a 70/30 ratio, even though the Mesoamerican type accounts for 100% of the female inherited Mtdna. Doesn't make a full blood Choctaw a Mexican nor does your DNA make you an Indian.
If X2a is the predominant Mtdna haplogroup of the North Atlantic Native American type and the majority of Choctaw & Chickasaw DNA comes from the North Atlantic Native American type but none of the Mtdna lineages do, what does that tell you? The 30% Native Mexican lineages account for 100% of the Mtdna lineages. The 70% North Atlantic Native American lineages account for 100% of their male inherited DNA. You can't deny we're two separate people, even though we once more connected, before thr Spanish.
Your Mtdna haplogroup could account for very little of your actual inherited DNA ancestry. The Choctaw & Chickasaw show predominantly A2 & B2 haplogroups but it's thought that these haplogroups, despite being East Asian related, are inherited through Native Mexican admixture. Because A2 & B2 are standard to Native Mexicans, yet, Choctaw & Chickasaw DNA shows 70% exclusively North Atlantic type Native American, which comes from the X2a related lineage. What this shows, is that the predominant female lineage of Choctaw & Chickasaw is Native Mesoamerican, and the heaviest DNA presence is the North Atlantic Native American, which accounts most of the DNA, but none of the Mtdna, therefore is only inherited through males. The Mtdna are all inherited from Mesoamerican women. Does that make a Chickasaw a Mexican? It's pre colonial. So i don't think so. Likewise, I don't think you're Chickasaw.

There's two DNA strands, the North American exclusive one is distinct from the others even though they've all been admixed. The majority of North Native American have Native Mexican admixture. You see? The Diné for example are all three, North Atlantic Native American, Native Mexican, and Inuit/East Asian related. The Choctaw & Chickasaw are also predominantly North Atlantic Native American, with Native Mexican admixture, and predominantly East Asian related Mtdna haplogroups, Even though those don't account for the majority of their DNA. You can inherit a Matrilineal lineage and have very little of that DNA. You see? Exclusively North Atlantic Native American type is a different strand to the Native Mexican type. Didnt think people still collected cards. My cards are from the late 60s and till early 2000s. I got a mark maguire usa 1 card and its "worth alot" even in nm condition. But nobody wants to give me more than a few dolllars. Being told as a kid collecting cards wouldve made me some money, but damn i dont even get change. I have a micheal irvin rookie card and its less than 6 bucks. Got a tim hardaway rookie card its only 89 cents. Then comes my sammy sosa AAA cards rookie cards and when he had his war with mguire for homerun king cards. And all worth less than 15 dollars. I guess its only people who can afford to get cards professionally graded that can sell them for crazy amounts of money. Used to have a tom brady rookie error card. Sould be worth crazy money. But since its a card thay was sold to poor kids from the ghetto and its not the prestine 35 dollar a pack type card. Was only worth 17 dollars at the time. Anyway got fed up with being sold the garbage that isnt worth anything cause its not an elite version of the card . Still got my collection but its just a reminder of what gets distributed to poor kids of working class families.
