Thank you very much for the video, but I have a question, I got married last month, but on my marriage certificate I am with my maiden names, if I put my name with the last name of myself, my husband, on the form there is a document I support it, is there a problem or how did you do it?
My marriage certificate shows my maiden name then a field for what last name I will be using after getting married. Isn't that how it reflects on your marriage certificate?
Hello! Wala akong as in list ng required vaccines. Bale kasi pagka enroll ng anak ko yung school is finorward sa doctor yung mga need na vaccine. Ang natatandaan ko is tetanus, hepB, DPT, polio, mmr, varicella, influenza, meningococcal.
Hello! During our time, we didn't have the public charge section. But based on what I heard about other applicants experience, they did fill that section out.
Hindi Ako 100% sure sis kung may specific na age para na interview ng consul. Pero sa experience namin 7 years old K2 ko that time and tinanong lang sya like they're having a normal conversation. Nothing heavy.
@@eberejoy1789 got it! Yeah, if you came to the US at the same time, you'll need separate I-485 and work authorization. For the affidavit of support, the K1 will have the original filled out form and your K2 can just photocopy that.

@@naomiflorentino3312 yes sis. Greencard is proof of LPR nya. Makakalabas pasok sya ng US. Siguro magiging a little bit complex lang if nearing expiration Ang GC nya at the time of travel.
Hello! Sa case namin, never namin kinailangan magpa red ribbon. Hindi kami hiningan ever. Yung iba nagpa red ribbon. Siguro depende sang State kayo or depende if requirement ng school na papasukan ng kids mo.

Congratulations sis! Yung I-131 at I-765 nasa sayo kung isa sabay mo sa I-485. Applicant's choice Naman Yun. Ang mahalaga makapag AOS kayo para Hindi out of status pag expire ng K visas. Sa fees sis nag update na nung last month eh. Gamitin mo tong fee calculator very helpful www.uscis.gov/feecalculator
Thank you for your help! We were able to submit everything to the consulate and they returned all the documents. One more question. How long after you submitted all your documents were you able to order a PSA Marriage Certificate? They said it could take up to 6 months but wondering if you received any confirmation earlier that PSA in the Philippines received and processed it. Thanks again!
That is awesome! Congratulations! I know of the same information as yours - that it could take 6 months. I really haven't tried obtaining a PSA MC since we reported our marriage to the PH Consulate.

Ahhh nai-mail nyo na. I wouldn't worry too much. If halimbawa kailanganin ng uscis ng BC on top of what you sent, I'm sure magri-reach out sila sa inyo.
Hi Cyndi! I have a question. I filed my AOS last year and I am green card holder already. The problem is I dont file a separate AOS for my K2 (3 years old) What forms should I file concurrently with I-485 for my K2? Thank you!
Hello! Just to confirm my understanding, you didn't file your K2's AOS together with yours when you filed last year? If yes, I-485 can be filed concurrently with I-131 and I-765 BUT I believe the fees for each form are separate now vs last year. To be 100% sure visit the USCIS fee calculator. 🙂

Hello! May mga kakilala Ako na nauna mag apply ng AOS si K1 Kay K2. Kaya lang Kasi if sabay kayo dumating sa US, Yung expiration ng K1 visa mo is expiration din ng K2 visa. Ang mangayayari Nyan, until makapag apply at ma-approve Ang AOS nyo, out of status si K2 mo. Wala kayong legal documents ni K2 relating to his immigration.

Hello! I did have the same question a couple years back. I've tried researching everywhere and I didn't really find anything on consequences of not reporting your marriage abroad to the PH Consulate. Hello, no consequences if both you and your spouse are Filipinos. In our case, I'll need a PSA copy of our ROM to process our 13a visa application. It is also a legal document in the Philippines vs a foreign marriage certificate which may need to be apostle in order for it to be recognized. If my spouse should pass before I do, I have a legal document of our marriage for my or our children property rights. It also allows you to obtain a passport in your spouse name if so desired.

Hi just found your helpful page, I don't know if you could answer my question that I have. We got married in 1988 and we did not report the marriage because my wife got her US citizenship in 1989. She just received her duel citizenship in March of this year. How do I explain this on Late filing form when duel citizenship didn't come effect until 2003. Thank you
Hello! I'm afraid I don't have personal experience with your case. It would be best to call the Philippine Consulate General that has juridiction on the State where you got married. In my experience, the people in PCG are accommodating and helpful.
Hello, ROM, ROB can all be reported at the earliest. For us, our ROM was over 30 years. Just be sure to get the counselor info so you can get a PSA copy. This was the missing info which delayed us getting a copy of our ROM from the PSA. The consulate should provide you with the dfa email address. 4 to 6 months later, email the dfa desk with your names, ROM number and they will provide the pertinent info to assist the PSA team to locate your ROM. The same applies to obtaining PSA ROB copy. And to answer the question, we used, " lack of knowledge on reporting" requirements.

Hindi Ako sure if pwede Yung Hindi pa finalized na marriage certificate. Pero if I were in your situation, antayin ko Yung finalized, Kasi baka Hindi i-accept ni USCIS dahil not considered valid Yung marriage certificate nyo.
Hi Sis....one more thing, kailan ka kumuha ng SSN mo? I know pwedi na akung kumuha dahil 3 weeks na kami ng son ko bukas d2 sa US, but I'm thinking after na ma-finalized yung marriage namin para yung married name na ang gagamitin ko sa aking SS card. Paano ang ginawa mo?
Sa case ko sis, kumuha ako ng SSN within 2 weeks upon arrival sa US. Since sa maiden name ko sya na-issue, Pinrocess ko na lang Yung name change sa card after namin maikasal. Sa case mo, if mag apply na kayo ng AOS, isabay mo na lang Yung pag apply ng SSN para isahan na lang. Sa EAD form, meron dyan part asking if gusto mo ng isabay Ang SSN application with the EAD.
