Question to Lelit. I do the group gasket replacement by myself. Easy. I have adjusted opv valve to my preference. Not easy but manageable. Question about decalc. I use water with less than 120 ppm, always applying lelit softeners, replacing every 70 lt. When should I need to proceed with maintenance and decalc? Can I do the last by myself? By the way, so far there is no visible sign of any problem related with white deposits anywhere on the visible parts. Thank you in advance.

@@LELIT_Official I am not a US based resident. In my country, unfortunately the seller doesn’t provide customer service. He is only happy to offer making order for the LCC for me without looking in the machine. I still have the purchasing papers and machine label data! If I send these data, will I get online support? Knowing that I am overseas. Btw, even the LCC display light is off in my machine but the machine was working normally afterwards BUT Later I tried the following procedure; 1- I tried to reset the safety thermostat but it didn’t go down when pushed it down. 2- then I tried to rest the machine (power button on + while pressing (+) button ) - the machine didn’t turn on!! 3- afterwards, I tried turning on the machine by pressing the power button but the machine didn’t start this time also?! A- I am not sure - why the machine stopped working after the reset?! B - If the safety thermostat already activated (cant be pushed down) what the reason of LCC malfunction C - is there a another way to check safety/overheating thermostat activation other than video procedure (am I missing something here) Any suggestions will be appreciated

Als in meine Maschine bekommen habe, hat die Pumpe kein Wasser gezogen. Erst durch manuelles Befüllen des Ansaugschlauchs der Pumpe mit einer Pimpette konnte ich das Problem lösen. Leider stand dazu nichts in der Anleitung und ich musste 4h im Internet nach einer Lösung suchen.

The seller in Switzerland refused to fix it so I had to take it apart to fix the adjuster knob, now I forgot which cables go to the push button. Is it possible to get a wiring diagram please?
Respectfully I will have to disagree with the stated times. A domestic coffee machine like the Anna that is used daily for 1 year translates to water sitting inside the boiler at 88°C-95°C for at least 180 hours. It seems very unrealistic that a thorough descaling would be complete in 120 (4x30) seconds, especially since the "technician" has no idea what level of lime deposits are found inside the machine. Diluted descaling products need up to 25 minutes to do their job inside a domestic coffee machine. My Delonghi Perfecta has an automated descaling process that takes 25 minutes. Even a backflush with cleaning tablets, done regularly takes more than 120 seconds.

I was able to replace the OPV in my La Pavoni Domus Bar, which is kind of a rebranded Lelit Anita. Thank you very much, I really appreciate. I was not able to remove the part at 3:47, so I left the part at the boiler. Unscrewing the nuts at 4:45 was really difficult as there is no space around the nuts.

Dear Lelit, For months ago I was excited and happy to join the Lelit family by purchsing a Lelit Bianca V3 from the offical authorized China Mainland dealer Shanghai Yuan Ming Coffee co. ltd. It was such a great exprieance and my espresso was getting better each day with the Bianca. But out of a shocking event, that exprieance came to an end on last Friday morning. Like every other morning, I got up and turn on my Bianca and waiting for it to prehead. But short moment later, I was shocked by the scene my wife was also scared by it. The coffee machine was bursting out hot steams and the display showing the brewing bolier temp is way over 100C, the steam pressure pointer is max out, and the living room was filled with burning smell. I thought the machine was going to blow up. I run to the unit and shut it off, and the steam still on going for a while and finally stopped. I was so confused and not sure what happened. later on the day, I trying to see if it was just a glitch and tried to switch it on again, but at this time the smart power meter I installed to my main grid showing the machine is drawing more then 10 Amps which is not normal. I tried to view the temp on both of the boilers which they are heating at the same time. Only a few mins later, the steam pressure going off chart again and the temp of the steam boiler is over 147 degrees which I set it to 128C. Basically both of the boilers are out of control, just heating continuely until it getting overheated. I immediately contacted the dealer and expressed my concerns of the safety of the machine. Since I just purchased this unit barely 4 months ago, I seek their help to get it swapped out another one, but they just refuse to do so and stated they will only offering repair service to me. Here I am writing to you with a little hope that Lelit really cares their users safety and exprieance, but only the dealer not really having the same level of concern. Lelit brand, especially the Bianca is getting popular each day in China and befor this concerning event happeded, I was really enjoying it. But in a short 4 months time, the unit can be in such condition really hurts me as a fan. I was chatting with my colleague who based in Rome about my exprieance with this italy made espresso machine, he encourage me to write to you and saying a company like yours are really caring their customer, maybe just the dealer in Shanghai China not providing the level of service as the brand represent. @@LELIT_Official :D I love my Elizabeth very much. If I were the product manager, I'd add the volumetric dosing from the Giulietta to the Elizabeth. If possible with the silent pump, also the simple low flow option from the Bianca. And I would add a new flag ship model in a new Elizabeth style housing that has a rotary pump, and a fully programmable flow/pressure control. It could be priced 15-20% higher than the Bianca. Lelit has gained huge popularity through the Mara X and Bianca. It's time to level up :D

I bought my Anita in 2016 second-handed which was produced in 2013. Today March 8. 2024, My grinder stuck recently. I took it apart, cleaned the powder build-up between the magnets in the motor and it works again. The spools of electromagnetic transformers are built incredibly powerful. the copper thread is half mm in diameter. THe stainless steel is also very good quality. Not a stain on my coffee machine. I repaired two times myself. the boh reasons were my fault, first time I exploited it not carefully, probably didn't drain the water before transporting in a cold. The copper tube burst. The second time I over screwed the connection and I change the rubbers along the way at the second repair. It's easy, and the company provides all the parts. I was shocked when I downloaded the repair sheet, It's like in car catalogue, You basically can build your own coffee machine if you purchase all the parts separately. Mine doesn't have these fancy neon lights. I'm always jealous when I see it.

Couldn't have been any clearer or simpler. The shop I bought the machine from set it to 8.5 bar. Using the info here I set it back to 10 bar and will adjust using the paddle if I want to decrease it. Many thanks!
