Wow just saw the add on that shows you other people's resistance.....ooh I'm console but that feels close to cheating to me not hating just saying. I wish they'd nerf tarnished it's so cheesy especially being chased by multiple people wearing this exact build light attack spamming you to death then going invisible so you can't fight them . But zos will continue to make things accessible for pve players with little to no learning curve when perhaps they shouldn't.
Can't disagree, tarnished has been broken for a year now and they haven't nerfed it at all, and yea I use a few add ons for PvP but there are a BUNCH that make it pretty hard for anyone not running add ons to compete with.
you dont NEED add ons, and on console they dont have access to them. But here no PC there are so many, that if you don't use any youre definitely going to be at a disadvantage.
Anthelmir with snipe isn't good, cause ppl have so much time to react. I don't get it. Also i don't understand why stam morph instead of mana morph for merciless?
So the stamina morph gives us 20 extra weapon damage per stack, from 60 at base to 80, as well as morphs it to disease damage which dives us defile, as well as a DoT rather than the upfront mag damage. It really is a personal preference, I just went with the stam so I could have the extra weapon dmg Also, although they do have time to react to avoid the snipe, most people just roll dodge the second they're hit with the heavy / construct, so they're standing again by the time snipe gets there. Or at least it works like that in my experience.
I sadly do not have any at the moment, something with my OBS labs has been causing it to crash / stop recording when I am in cyrodiil so every time I have thought I got a recording it really only ran until I got to a fight then it drops bit rate hard and crashes. BUT I am def working on getting some
on paper do you think the necro buffs next patch push it into A tier, seems like they're making it just a little easier to play? also noob question, for some classes that have no class execute is it better just to run them as stam to get the 2h or bow executes?
It really depends on the class and how you like to play, if you have something with a lot of burst damage like a nightblade you dont really need an execute, but if you have less damage I would def run a weapon with an execute so you can get more kills. But for the necro I definitely think all the buffs theyre getting will push them into the A tier, I've been playing around in the PTS with a necro with friends and they feel really good in there.
All 5.skills in dps tree of necro are badly geared for PvP so I think necro will need heavy buffs to that skill line if devs wont fix the class with buffing other skills.
I would argue that Arcanist did drop a bit due to the HIGHLY UNWARRANTED nerfs, I mean taking the class's ONLY execute away? REALLY? the devs were seriously high on some weird stuff the day they decided to do that. They need to seriously rethink that. But dropping Arcanist to C I would hard disagree. I do plenty good with Arc.
I totally agree, nerfs were needed but taking away the execute all together seemed pretty dramatic. Like if anything that is just a punch in the stomach to PvE players as well and not much of a "balancing" for the arcanist. I was more hoping they were just going to nerf the stun to players and that would have been fine for me tbh
a lot of people especially 1vXers are running The Saint and the Seducer so oakfathers is really good to counter it and other okensoul builds. but these two builds slap.
I would yes, but the Seducer mythic gives you Major Berserk for that 10%, but this build gets that as well from the Wrecking Blow attack. BUT you could def swap out wrecking blow with dizzying swing so you can spam Flame Lash instead of having an execute.

Not that unique. More like old-school. For the longest time molten used to be dogsht. Hybridization ruined eso as far as builds goes. Worst decision they made.
@@iDocDude plenty do. Blood spawn, daedric trickery, essence. Maybe the saint and seducer is only new thing. But many still run it. Has worked for years.
Interesting build, I respect going full offensive DK, not enough of that in PvP these days. Essence has been my favorite set for a long time, as long as you can get used to moving with the pools. What’s the rationale for camo hunter? You have savagery etc from cauterize, why not switch camo with vigor on back bar and move breath to the front? Anyway, GG man.
minor berserk + fighters guuld passive bonus dmg+pulling NB out of stealth. Ok build but commin from sm1 without playing it much. purple gear, not leveled skills, tests done in low mmr bg. Not trolling, but wihtt this setup, every decent player will toy with him. Also he will be zerged down 24/7 with not a slight chanse to escape, or kill sm1 even in 1vs2. Is not tanky, have zero sustain under pressure, zero mobility. and zero CC outside while going ofensive. As dk is not shame to run the meta. Rally as back bar/ daedrick trick as front bar/ saint and seducer mythic/ balorg or bloodspawn monster set. Can switch seducer for seaserpent for duels or when run with healer.
@@runkorkosome of what you said is accurate, but some of what you’re saying isn’t true… Trickery and rallying cry likely won’t be enough damage, aside from stomping pugs and zerglings. You can be “tanky” through other ways than resistances etc. High damage means high healing, plus he has on demand frag shield for healing boost… I run 2x damage on my DK almost always, with 2h and bow… I’m plenty tanky. The marginal percentage in weapon damage boost, plus occasional minor berserk isn’t worth the trade off in vigor. Great hot and additional armor. People should build damage, with the aim to kill each other. Not be tanky and live forever, while only killing lesser players. If more people built more explosively, PvP would be much healthier and more fun.
@@liekosdawn i have 7k dmg with those 2/ all time up= this is without balorg and outside seducer proc. Also you can add 14% more from dw scrying also all time up if you can sustain it. My ult hits for 22-24k and lash is 14-15k. Also seducer aplies 5% dmg done on target and give you 450 dmg or 10% dmg done/ 20% crit dmg done, depends of the phase you choose to cast it. i have 32k hp 17k mag 22k stam and i run PURE regen food /the fishing food. pen is like 13k /outside balorg. If you fight non tank, and do the combo at 80% /on 32k target/ ult+lash are enough to kill it, most of the time ult is enough. With shield indicator on health bars, is possible to catch even shield sorc offguard. So i dont know what you mean by low dmg .... And those stats are outside cyrodil
@@liekosdawn ah yes, im also nord witj 35k back and 30k front ressistances. So orc or dunmer will have even more dmg. I just build on ult regen. Blood spawn + minor hero all time up + major from daedric. Ult is ready every 15 sec/20 if i kite and not able to LA
It's def a flex spot, but I'm using it for the extra dmg from the fighter guild passive, along with using it as a detect since I don't want to have to rely on detect pots to find NBs since we already rely on our pots for our power up as well.
Its a fun game, but I expect I'll quit after the wipe. Starting over ruins the fun and a game should be fun. Had I known about the wipe before I played the beta I never would have touched the game. I didn't enjoy starting over after the beta and I definitely do not want to do it again.
I never knew about the wipe at all. I only want to play a f2p survival games Lvl up my character and keep all my progress. And yes, had I known that I would lose all my progress and time I had put into this game I wouldn’t have touched this game.
you just reconfirmed what everyone else thought. You get to keep blue prints but you have progress through the game and lvl back up all the way back from lvl 1 to get all those mats back just to re use your gun that you already had then you have to recab it back to how it was in 1 month in a half and streamline is just another way of say "so what if you already completed it do it again" but the Deviants don't carry over so I have to look for them again all around dum Idea
my main problem is my facilities and housing being wiped. I get that we get to keep the blueprints, but having to farm the resources just to rebuild the house is a dealbreaker for me.
My house probably costs more than 100k worth of resources by now, and I'm still planning to expand and make it more awesome. So, if this is true, I won't be rebuilding my house again, or i'll stop playing entirely because i plan to play this game to the last drop, and without base building, it won't be complete.
@@Kelpci i went all out in making my house, and throughout my life i only took 3 games seriously when making houses. this game, however still lacking in some aspect of base (house) building, still took my interest. So, indeed i am worried if ever it gets nuked. they did say they wont delete the blueprint and make all unavailable resources be replaced by lower tier ones to complete the house, but that isn't it either. they have to understand how many hours builders like me took to build such houses. So, taking the resources away means days worth of grinding and building would be for naught. Also, i tried transferring my house to eternal land, and oh boy... some of the walls, roof and whatnot are not there. so, we are also in danger of having incomplete blueprints. the best they could do, is to allow the players to plop it down free of charge. as for the weapons we would choose to carry over to the next season, i hope the repairs would come cheap.
Wipes let you come back after some time and dont feel that you are behind because you didnt play the ģame, something that kills a lot of games. Its like starting in a 10 years old mmorpg server
1. If your life is to busy in the first place to play the game thats not gonna change because everyone is starting at lvl 1 again..... 2. there punishing other gamer by easing all there progress there for wasting peoples time in the name of people feeling like they have a fair advantage you might make new players feel comfy but your going to lose all your older players or just lose enjoyment in the game because its all for nothing

Its like what happens to retail wow, they made the game catter to people that has less time to play and the most of their fan base hate it so much that they prefer to play a version of the game from more than 10 years ago than play the retail version. If blizzard didnt release the Classic wow again, the game would be dead by now.
Why do none of you RU-vidrs mention that you can take some of your gear and weapons to the next season? In the season info tab IN GAME it talks about “season inheritance". Before you start a new season you can put some items in your eternaland depot and take them with you to the next season. You’re limited on what you can take tho.
They need a way longer wipe period Something like six months and I understand the game is not finished and only a small portion of the map is available to play in which is most likely why the reset is only six weeks but most people don’t even have that much time to play a game to progress to the end of it in six weeks
Idk this system is dumb. I'm probably going to quit because of it. Wiping is a product of unfinished or bad game design. If they released proper resource sinks and tasks at end game then they would need to make artificial grind with wiping. It's horrible.
Kakakaka lmao, rust has almost 10 years and it has totally wipe, some servers in rust has weekly wipes and it is amazing. If you cant handle it, just quit, no one cares.
@@pexeforad4gua Rust is the perfect example, they changed to wipes due to not being able to make a game that would sustain players. Hell they changed total 180 from what it was originally going to be proving my point. The difference is Rust adapted well and made a system around wipes where this game has 0 place for it. It's an MMO.
@@dominikkowalczyk7148 Lol me and the large majority that leaves with me. There is 0 reason to wipe in a game like this. If there was a reason i wouldn't mind, but all it is is fake time sink.
I forgot to mention that sorry! You will likely need to repair if you're the one carrying, but with the time you're there it doesnt always happen. Especially with the double xp event which is this coming weekend
It's Dolmens for me. It's mind-numbingly easy and I can just watch Netflix on my laptop next to me while I'm playing, lol. I have scrolls built up and will be knocking out 2 more characters for crafting writs in the 100%XP event next week. I already have all their crafting levels on every craft to 50 but I've just been too lazy to actually level them yet, lol.
Good tips. I'm constantly helping new players and while I DO advise not to power level their 1st character, some people still want ro... others dont. It's nice to know the same ole things still work. Because the only characters I level quickly are for PvP, I do it on a much slower basis. I want their rotation / skill set fine tuned before they lvl off. Which means using the skills effectively. ** when I say rotation for PvP, I don't mean the 12345, swap 12345...swap of PvE. I mean getting skill timing right.
That's very true, i typically tell people in my guild that it's worth leveling slower because playing a class is 90% skill and understanding the class and 10% equipment. But I do understand the desire to get to 160 so the gear you get is worth keeping
@@Kelpci It's kinda weird, but I've gotten my sticker books complete by taking my lowbies to a zone that the sticker book isn't complete in and running them around there.. leveling them up and collecting more pieces for the sticker book. It's not like a lvl 10 char gets a Lighting Staff of Mother Sorrow that wasn't in the sticker book.. binds it.. then the Master Crafter can't make it at CP160. It's why I have a hard time with people saying "it's not worth it to farm gear before CP160"... Now if they plan on selling it, no, then it's not worth it...but to just put in the sticker book.. yeah, it's worth it. IMO
