Agreed the company is a total joke! You like that the new people always came in at a mile higher wage than 5-7 year experienced drivers and corporate claiming they werent aware of it? Lol

@@LovinLife2 starting out about 21 an hour. Atleast where im at. Gas stations around here paying 20 an hour. That extra dollar and higher tax bracket worth it verses just working at a gas station. United pays a dollar higher than your normal wage if you have a cdl. So you could come to United and make 22$ an hour….. orrr go work for any of the local construction companies here making minimum 35 an hour, and average 55 an hr for state contracts and get paid full benefits and weekends off 100% of the time. Dont waste your time there, trust me you are better off driving for literally anywhere else. Company is ran by bozos who see you as just a pulse in a driver seat
