Listen iv drank the night before and blew the next day. Don't contact a attorney and pay buck loads of money. And if u blow dirty like if u drank the night before and u fail just don't blow again. Just like this dumb lawyer said just not that accurate. Just never blow a 2nd time and never admit to nothing and I mean nothing. But if u are on probation and have a judge still never admit
Background checks are unconstitutional therefore illegal in violation of the supremacy clause, article 4 section 2 paragraph 1, second amendment,10th amendment,14th amendment section 1 combined. Background checks are illegal discrimination.
Message to conservatives... if you elect secular people, you may as well elect a liberal, especially if its a woman who can be coppted through her emotions.
I'm not purchasing my rights back. That's basically what I just heard. The founding fathers clearly wrote that the rights in the Constitution were God given rights, not rights created and given by man. "I'd rather be judged by 12, than carried by 6"
Ive have had 2 expungements about 2 years prior to moving to a neighboring state and they still showed up on a background check so i had to write a letter explaining it which was super awkward and upsetting because WTF
After being CHARGED with a felony? NO..at least not until you're either acquitted altogether, or the charges are dismissed, or they're pled down to a misdemeanor that isn't Domestic Violence or similar misdemeanors that preclude gun ownership under Federal Law and virtually any state's laws. However, expect that if your firearms aren't sold off before your case is settled, or the corrupt cops don't simply "lose" them, that they'll play all sorts of bureaucratic games to prevent you from reclaiming your property. Especially if it's a matter where they claim "Civil Asset Forfeiture", which can mean, NO, like ANY property you had on you when charged, like cash, jewelry, precious metals, automobiles, they can and probably will allege they're the fruit of "illicit" activity and seize them ANYWAY. Due process...what's THAT?
No solo la biolensa es las mujeres esto se aprovecha para maltratar a los hombres los chantajean poniendo vende a sus hijos mintiendo y como son mujeres las dicen apañando y no es así espero que aya otro Lucio

If you are charged with a felony and if you are penalized and if you go through that penalty and pay your debt to society you absolutely should be able to get your guns back no matter what, unless...you phelony was gun related, in which case
Hi. I got 2 felonies from the 90's a drug charge controlled substance receiving and possession. 2nd fraud $5000 working while on SSN disability. I got a pardon in 2012. But didn't give my gun rights back. So been years sure would like my gun rights back. Defend myself and family. No trouble since these things that happened in the 90's. State: Alabama. Let me know.
I had my rights restored 7 months ago specifically my Second Amendment rights and I'm still unable to purchase a new firearm I tried two weeks ago and the background check came back denied, What can I do?
@@davidallen4020 this might come as a surprise but turns out three letter agencies I'm not particularly fond are people getting their rights restored and there must be some sort of chemical reaction that makes them work a lot slower and forget to put the paperwork on file even though the court mandates it the judge doesn't actually file the paperwork the clerks do and then that goes to the three letter agencies that puts it in their computer that's right where the brick wall is in those three letter agencies then make a host of demands that of course make it impossible for you to meet their needs for them to file the paperwork
I yelled at my X on the phone and got a misdemeanor DV charge. How that is considered violent I don't know? It was a rail road job. I had a public pretender. I was just 1 of 200 cases he had that week. He familiarized himself in 3 minutes before we got in front of the judge. They just process people like cattle. There is no justice. It's just a system. My phone call was heated and rude, not violent. Anyway, no guns for me. I haven't even talked to the woman in 15 years. Still no gun rights.
