Hahaha What the f#$*** mess are you doing to remove that screen, I put a transparent tape on it to prevent the broken glass from flying, and remove it completely with more care and yes, with more safety since it Jajaja ¿Qué p#$*** desmadre haces para quitar esa pantalla, yo le pongo una cinta transparente para evitar salten los vidrios rotos, y sacarla completa con más cuidado y sí, con más seguridad ya que ésos vidrios saltan y te pueden caer en los ojos ....

When I tried to do the step at 2:20 my analog stick completely broke instead of just being able to take it off. I don't really understand why yours was so easy to take off and mine broke. For the glue hold the cable, I use the heat gun heat to 100 degrees then remove in whole piece with a tweezer. Hope that will help.
