Lovely tour Susannah, everything looking amazing. If you ever need any spare parts for that Hornby HST @ 49:47 (or any other Hornby super detailed HST that you might have) just let me know, I have PCB boards and motors etc, could post the lot to your local model shop if you need them. Can I ask - Do you intend to add a Bachmann Freightliner Class 90 to your fleet? It would be nice to see an electric locomotive added to the Freightliner fleet. Regards Kev
Hi Susannah. Today, I received my 300th sub. Do you remember when you did? In this video you spoke about your 9x4 layout I remember watching your videos back then. The layout you have developed is something else. Congratulations
Excellent video and love the update 👍🏻 I will have to check out guide bridge for my layout it's only 5 minutes from where I am keep posting can't wait see more and wheres more of your builds ❤
Wow Susannah you have an incredible layout so nicely detailed, love the lighting. GETs was a lot calmer and quieter I found this year hopefully see you there next year.
Hi Sussana, thank you for that fascinating tour of your layout. I think the detail is brilliant, and you can really feel that you are there.as a passenger. Perhaps waiting for a train, at one of the stations, and going on a trip, such as a walk in the countryside adjacent to the scenic area? Or getting off at the branch line station. The only feature I did not see was the quarry, so is this still here?
Susannah, this is a great video, I went to the E.O.R earlier this year for the first time, and I was really impressed with what they do and make it all work with buses and trains, I too prefer a little railway like this to some of the bigger ones. I look fwd to seeing to East Lancs video.
Me and my son were there saturday too, shame about the 50, we saw it arrive at North Weald from Ongar , towed by the 47, clip of this on my channel. The two 20's , the 47, the 08 and shunters all gave us a great day, the sight of them two 20's doing the run around move at Ongar was worth it alone... enjoyed your vid, thank you.
Totally agree with you about exhibitions and yes please do more videos like this one. Those coaches are beautifully restored and the sound track is fantastic.
Excellent tutorial in dismantling a Lima MK2 . I damaged the roof slightly on mine but easily filled .I may go for the Hornby versions in future as they are held together by 2 brass screws and easier to dismantle .
Lovely rake of GBRf hoppers on the Biffa Red Shed there - I also love the green MU, just got myself a 2-HAL even though I have a South Wales themed layout - like the gate and the GBRf depot, looks great. That yellow NR rake with the Bodysnatcher 57 (?) looks good too even though I've never really seen the attraction meself - lots of ppl I know love them.... The sound gives the running an extra dimension. Most enjoyable, Susannah, thanks :)
Hi Susannah I have a accurascale class66415 most of my class66 's are bachmann in the green liverie so I can't tell if the orange colour is wrong but what I have noticed is the front hand rails are fitted into the light clusters which I think is wrong take a look at a bachmann model and the real thing and see what I mean , your videos are great by the way.
Hi Susannah. Nice video. And thank you for the shout out, wasn't expecting that. I only went as far as the tunnel that day. The hills were a bit to much to cycle in the rain lol. Hopefully we will see you down the water cress line sometime in the future. 😊 or even back at the bluebell if you visit again.
Hi Susannah, thanks for sharing your trip to the Bluebell line, bought back lots of memories as it’s over 50yrs since last being there. Some great reference photos to.
Hi Susannah, unfortunately I was working this weekend so couldn't make the diesel gala, would loved to see a 4VEP again. The Bluebell Railway is my local heritage railway, its a good day out. Al lthe best David
Foamboard is my go to material for making buildings. I've ordered off Ebay a Foamboard cutter. It has two blades on it so if you want to you can make a V groove and bend it together to make a 90° corner. Can't wait to try it out.
The interior of northam siemens depot was white with silver/ali walk ways ,I saw it when I worked for southwest trains ,great work ,watched with a nice ice cold Coke Zero 😊 All the best Mark 😊😊
I use liquid cement on plasticard but that is just me. Really sorry Susannah...I did not have time to watch all this video but I gave you some view time. x
