Very informative video. Thank you. I need to move the controller to the left side. I found that the printed directions did not help me figure out how to do that. A brief comment about how it's done would be helpful. Thank you.
Hi there, the led light on top of the transformer/lion batt box, they are always orange or eventually turn to green. Now its been 5 hours in charge and still have orange light.Thx for the vid.
Best thing I have ever purchased. It's my work and walk horse for around the house and in the streets. Even equipment can be ordered and delivered quickly
Not gonna lie, I clicked for the thumbnail. Mad props to any company willing to have a sense of humor in this age. I don't currently know anyone who needs a stair lift, but I'll be sending them your way if I do.
Thanks for watching! To go in reverse, you push on the left side of the main throttle controller. Pushing right goes forward, pushing left goes in reverse. The armrests can be taken off and replaced if needed.
Hi Donna, thanks for watching! There are a few options for a bedside pan bucket under the seat on our website, but you may need to check for compatibility or additional bucket holder medmartonline.com/etac-cleanclen-height-adjustable
Hi Laurie, thank you for watching! Weight capacity is 400 lbs. You can call us 844-912-4044 or check out the product page on our website for more information medmartonline.com/arjo-sara-stedy
Hi Jim. The best way to see if you've lost power would be the battery pack itself. If it is unplugged from the battery pack or the wall but still has the green light, you're good to use the chair for at least one additional lift before restoring power and using the chair again. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for your instructions. The brake on one side of my walker wasn't working so when I would take out the garbage or get the mail; I would be stopped half way on my ramp and had to place my foot so the walker wouldn't go over the edge of the ramp. After your video I have adjusted the bake and now both are working better. Not perfect but better,. Thank you. It was getting dangerous for me.
Does this chair have a 1×1 hitch receiver? Curious to know if a basket can be attached to the back because I'm a bilateral leg amputee and would like easy way to to carry my groceries
@@Medmartonline thank you so much for responding. This is the chair that I'll be getting soon. Has already been ordered & since I'm so very excited about getting my freedom back, I also wanted to be sure that I will be able to pretty much do most things alone. I'll wait until the chair arrives & take it from there for compatibility references. Much appreciated. Have a great rest of your day 😊
If my dad can support himself on a Sara Plus lift, would this work for him? He only has the use of one arm. Also, are there any other supports (calf for example) for this lift?
Was halfway across the country visiting a family member and the brakes were not working correctly on his walker. This short, direct and simple video was very helpful. I appreciate you guys.
