First time I’ve ever seen it recited by Graeme himself. Wonderful, even without music, perhaps especially without music.

And to think this poem was the result of a cross country trip from Chicago to New York in 1968.

I have quoted 'The Dream' (in it's entirety) in written communication (letters of farewell), numerous times and verbally (with sincere expression) in college Oral Communications class, giving Graeme Edge credit each time! He was certainly the most poetic drummer of my life and I believe the best rock solid drummer as well! The Moody Blues sound would be missing a key element without him! 'I'll be level with you' Graeme, I hope to see you in the next dimension.

Don may look 'old'...but that distinctive ring of his voice is still great! I know how much he and Phil influenced countless groups from the Beatles on down....but they were an inspiration to thousands more of us (amateurs) who still play many of those classics....and we still "try" to hit Phil s high harmony....look forward to seeing the entire program....^/^
