Hi, Thanks for your detailed explanation. Please clarify my doubt. Suppose, my son is an NRI and sells his property for which TDS is applicable. The buyer, who is supposed to deduct TDS amount from the sale value at 12.5%(???) and deposit with IT, is not knowing the procedure and can't carryout the process, what is the way out for him. And suppose I apply for TAN myself, can I do the TDS process and deposit with IT on behalf of the buyer?. Please clarify. Thanks again.

The bank did not ask the 15ca/cb so the ca did not provided the same. Please urgent reply if you had apply for 15ca/cb before tds payment! I would be very helpful because registration is tomorrow.

I think you will join as a person with no relevant erp experience.. so maybe you get a job with same or 10-20% +/- .. Hive it a try if you want to.. also, try other jobs which might consider your experience but still allow you to change your stream like Business Consultant or a management consultant etc..

Service agreements are not bound by law .. problem is ur salary and all could get deducted for any bond amounts.. clarify and choose accordingly.. Good Luck !
If there are two sellers both nri and we are two buyers and deal value is 74 L, then property share per seller is considered less than 50 L or full value? Also tds to be deducted on gains or deal value?

You should now make videos on how to apply as tourist visa for , Europe, US , Australia, Canada , UK , UAE etc. as there is soo much confusion in all these visa applications. your video has so much detail , I’m sure if u make visa application video it will certainly help many people and obviously give you more likes too Take care.
