Another way you could have added the turret is this trick iv been seeing on 40k tanks lately that allows them to rotate you hollow out a bit inside and glue a lego in it then you glue a lego turn table where you want the turret then you can just snap it on and off whenever and spin it whenever cause of the turn table
Only problem with trailers like this is that the walls and roof cannot really bear any load since the walls are often made from very thin sheet metal. Proper shipping containers are considerably more solid.
FYI for first shot of the game, I think you get +1 to your armour save if a template weapon is hitting you over cover, might even be +2 for full cover I would need to check.
Thank you for making this video! I am a visual learner and seeing it walked through helps me digest the rules of games. I am so excited to get this one to the table!
Should have pinned the cannon by drilling into the post it used to connect to the toy it was from and put a peg in it the drill into the trailer and glue the turret on by putting the peg in the hole
Looking forward to more TMNT! I believe the thug gunners in front would have activated and shot first (using their first action) then the other two would have moved (using their first) and finally all four would have attacked using their last action together. Thug gunners are the trickiest to minions to play.
To anyone watching this. Rules state for determining line of sight " a straight line from the figure’s space to the target space can be drawn without crossing any terrain that blocks line of sight." For determining a ranged attack " When measuring a ranged strike, a straight line is a line from the center of one space to the center of another space. " So potentially a figure can "see" an enemy but not be able to perform a ranged attack until they are in a better position.
Great video, wish there were more episodes. This seemed way too easy however, is the whole game this easy? The turtles were never in any danger of losing.
Ive watched about 40 battle reports, including some from sunday slaughter. You guys have done something here that unfortunatly every single other channel doesnt understand. You camera is closer up to the models so people can easily see whats going on, and the camera is free moving. The level of enjoyment watching this style filming is many times better than stationary cameras that are way back and you cant even tell what the models are. Well done, subbed right away, amazing film style. Freakin love this game and the community putting in efforts so big ups to everyone doing battle reports, simply this film style is way better, way more immersive. Thanks
I am not sure on the exact size but it is larger than the standard match box car size. It took me a long while to find a suitable sized truck as most are a bit small. I have a sweet bus in this size too ready for conversion.
Thanks for watching :) I am not sure where the mat is from but the terrain is a combination of GW stuff and MDF with a few custom made bits here and there.
I once read about a game idea about a double-layered game: Game A is mechs fighting while Game B is philosophers arguing against each other. The philosophers try to make a connection to the opponents side, which turns into cover for the mechs. Whoever wins either game, wins both. ASOIAF really feels like that idea fleshed out. Just without the mechs.
Quick question, are those flags being used as activation tokens provided in starter sets? I bought the Lannister set but I don't recall getting any of those fancy flags 😭
Beer mats are the usual material of choice for this sort of thing. Much stiffer and more solid than playing/trading cards. But of course you have to go to a bar to get them….
Its not really a terrain game which is one thing I wish was different. I love putting terrain on the battlefield but with this game it just easier to play with the cardboard pieces :(
You are right my friend! They are the Warzone Resurrection: Bauhaus - Hussars from Prodos games which are unfortunately no longer in production. You have a good eye sir :)
@@bluesungaming8033thank you fell in love with mutant chronicles so I kinda recognized the armor as bauhaus it is pretty disappointing it fell off but hopefully warzone eternal which comes back in spring will actually succeed also pretty good vids hope to see more slave ogryns
Awesome build, just subscribed. I was wondering since all the artillery is so heavy maybe add a couple more axles to the trailer, to give it a more heavier look, because all that weight on a real rig would make the front wheels of the rig come off the ground. :)
"Replace all injured markers on one model with a Stunned marker" is pretty clear, it would say "Replace all injured markers on one model with Stunned markers" otherwise - well, that is my opinion anyway. Interesting video, cheers!
They don't do anything, these guys are used as slave labour so have been modified accordingly. They are lobotomised and have had work tools grafted to their bodies.
