It isn't the police's fault here. Swatting usually involves some random fuckhead making a false call to the police, usually saying a murder or other high-profile crime is in progress. This means the cops have cause to approach with such force until they can defuse the situation because, for all they know, he could have anything in the vehicle. Imo, they did their jobs well in this video - calm & professional.
Swatting a live streamer rarely ever has any story other than the caller simply not liking the streamer or thinking it's funny. Fousey wouldn't have done anything to be swatted. People are just weird and think playing with someone else's life is a game.
The person that called in the prank should NOT BE FREE. If he or she were locked up, then this would not have happened. If ya don't like it here, then try Iran or NKorea and see what that is like.
