I am teaching my kids to get in the habit of cleaning/putting their toys away once they finish playing with it, to avoid compiling a big mess. I too, have been showing them that dad cleans his mess once I’m done with whatever it is I’m doing.
We used to do that before, however now with the newborn, it gets harder to monitor them. However, we try to have a general cleaning on their playroom every Sunday. Thank you for your advice, I appreciate it ☺️
This is really annoying for me too. Now, I fint have those kinds of phones but the "broken after less than a year" part i definitely got. OnePlus Nord N100, screen adhesive disintegrated in warmer conditions. (I live in the South US where it is humid and hot a lot of the time. The Sun is also way stronger.) Now I'll have to get it fixed by a repair shop, or by myself i when I have the time and money for parts.
That’s not how shit works with that mind set any phone is for rich people simply because it brakes if you buy something expensive it should be good quality no matter who the target audience is and btw the flip and folds target audience isn’t rich people
If I get to compare the two cameras, ZV-1 has better picture quality while Pocket has way better stabilization. So if you are moving out and about then I would use Pocket. You can easily switch to and from selfie mode and your shots wont be shaky. ZV-1 would be for vlogging in front of a steady camera (like recording this review video) so maybe when you do talks in intros and outros, etc.
I haven’t done an actual experiment but I notice that I get more footage with Pocket compared to ZV-1 with a full battery. However, Pocket has a built-in battery so you need to charge when low. For ZV-1, battery is replaceable so you could technically have 2 batteries that you swap out while charging one which can potentially give you continuous battery life.
I love this little camera. I use it for filming vlogs on both my channels. Where other use phones (poor stabilisation unless expensive phone) and GoPro (terrible at night). Hoping the launch of the 3 will improve night images even more with some degree of water resistance. Good luck with the channel 🙏🙏
Thank you. For phones, I also hate when I am recording and I receive a call. I can't comment much on GoPro as I haven't used one since GoPro 1. And for night use, that's one of the things that DJI pocket can definitely improve on
If the expectations are to have same quality as $2k+ cameras used by professional wedding videographers then this won't compare (of course). You are right, no camera is perfect. The point I made is this camera is perfect for vlogging.
