Multiple trigger fingers, much Stiffening and swelling of hands in the morning was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis. My feet and toes now stiff in the morning as well. Gets better throughout the day, but this is been going on in a more pronounced and crippling way in the last few months. How much serrapeptase do you think I should take? 59 year old male here, athletic. Auto immune has been ruled out.

Never heard of this guy before. Assumed he was an MD. At min 1:30 when she started talking about a “balance between good bacteria and bad bacteria,” I immediately realized he’s a BS-er and likely a chiropractor.

This substance needs to come with a major warning regarding it's toxicity if ingesting more than prescribed dosage. I accidentally overdosed on 5htp and felt poisoned with flu-like symptoms. I threw it in the trash and will never go near it again.

You don't get this in the carnivorous vegetables what are you talking about okay this is how you get Sam e your body has to be able to do something called methylation where you take vitamin B12 riboflavin and folic acid the activated form. All of these come together and mix with homocysteine converting the homocysteine into Sam e now if you do not convert your homocysteine into Sammy because you have a let's say a genetic mutation like677 CT Gene where your body has trouble breaking down B vitamins then your homocysteine levels may go out of control leading to you to have a lower level of Sam e in your body this can cause Alzheimer's depression anxiety the moment your Sammy levels go to zero in your body you immediately start seeing cell death in the liver. This stuff is so important and it's all linked to B vitamin absorption this is no joke if you're going to put on the scrubs and act like you're a doctor at least understand how methylfolate works

Thank you for being honest about bile products and liver function. I had my gallbladder removed in the late 80s. You spoke of what I have been doing this since the 90s and no doctor had answer to my problem. You are the only one that made sense of what I have been doing for so long. I'm content to find you and your video you are excellent.

Great information Doctor! Could you make a video about black sees oil?? All talking about benefits but i found that makes me extremely unmotivated and calm and i dont like it. Also dehydrated. I found that it actually increases serotonin and decrease dht. A whole man disaster i guess 😂🎉

Thank you for the information, very well said. Only one issue, i don't think Vit C supplementation is beneficial. The body does not simply excrete unused Vit C, but also creates oxalates with Vit C. Most adults nowadays have overburdened enzymatic systems, and they eat foods containing too much oxalate. Vit C does not help that situation. One question that i have is about fructose. It is said to cause 10X the glycation of glucose. I assume this doesn't mean stop eating fruit, but to never eat fruit with fats or proteins?

If I take 50mg 5htp and 320mg of l tyrosine is that enough to balance them? or do they need to be the same dose like both 320mg? I heard GABA the calming neurotransmitter regulates them both too

Thank you for this information very helpful. I am not sure the diagnoses I have received are correct, different doctors have given several different diagnoses and I have now found out some there are several names for the same thing. To say the least I do not trust doctors anymore for MANY REASONS. I found out about serrapeptase online and tried it. It has been a God send but I am 74 years old and have had bad habits in what I ingest into my body over the years. Eating what you were told was right in the 50,60 and 70's was not for good health. What they started in the late 90's about food was a yeah, yeah yeah, change rules in mid stream must need to build a new home. To say the least I am my doctor, with books and internet with intense investigations. Thanks again for the info and have a blessed life. Jacquelyn

This stuff does wonders. I have used it on my herniated disc in my lower back and my bulging disc in my neck and in the middle of my back you can mix it with black seed oil, which is another good thing for inflammation. It does wonders and healing I have excruciating pain in my nervous system in my neck and my back and I’m in so much pain. It affects my brain and I have to lay down and DMSO and Blackseed oil does wonders if you have someone work on your back massage it in all over from your neck and your back it will do wonders it. It is God sent for me.🥰

The problem with nattokinase is all of the capsules for sale on all markets have the K2 removed..literally cannot find a version with K2 not removed. So I take K2/D3/nattokinase all at the same time but not sure it's as effective as original natto (the slimy stuff). Natto seems to help a bit..trying bolouke next but its very expensive.

Thank you doctor. It's a good reminder that with so much mistrust of the medical community since and during Covid, that there are some good doctors who actually do their research, and want people taking natural supplements in favor of medications. I've seen several videos on Nattokinase which sounds like a great preventative supplement or could even be considered a treatment for high cholesterol. Also supposedly good for the spike protein from the jabs. I just ordered some and look forward to trying. I've been eating a keto diet and my cholesterol is pretty high, my naturopathic doctor is not too concerned but I'd like to see the numbers down a bit just the same.

I had shoulder decompression sugery 8 months ago. Did physiotherapy but kept having pain in the acromion area. A lot of snapping sounds like a tendon is catching in the joint of the shoulder on rotation or overhead downward arm raise. Starting to think bicep sublaxation as when l compressed the the bicep tendon area and lowered my affected arm there was no clunking or catching sound. Awaiting to get an ultra sound scan as requested by my Doctor.

👍👍 & there's a theory that says AGEs are cleared up to a certain degree by Lymphatic system & sauna with gradual alterations of cooling & sauna then colder almost down to 0°C temp water dips this helps Lymph moving from the nods & pushing some AGEs out of Lymph nods into general blood circulation & trough the 'Third Kidney' the largest organ of the body which is Skin when sweating in the sauna , the pores open up in hot & close in cold water dip pushing the blood from periferial circulation down to the Liver , Spleen , with drinking water through the bladder to Kidneys. Also rebounding exercise on small trampoline helps to drain Lymph Nods to general blood circulation to be excreted trough Kidneys & held by the binders in large intestine for later bowel movements . Probably this works the best combined with prior use of sauna , cold dips & scraping dead skin cells with gentle abrasive loofah , it helps to open the pores in the skin ...

This is wrong - you need to take Ox Bile on an empty stomach also if you can. Taking it with food it will be dealt with in the stomach and drop the alkalinity while you are trying to digest food. Taking it on an empty stomach (or at least between meals) more of it gets straight into the duodenum, which is where you want it.
