This “apartment-friendly” HIT class is totally worth bookmarking! It means I can be a baaaaad bachelorette and do it at 2am after eating ice cream in front of Netflix (ok on the part of the wood floor that doesn’t creak). And as a bonus it’s no-impact on your joints. Would be great to see a couple more in the same vein but I’m glad we at least have this one. Thank you CP!
Chelsea Piers Sports Complex in Chelsea is actual Heaven on Earth. The greatest place in Manhattan to spend a Day or even an Afternoon amongst the floating Oyster Barges and fantastic high-end Asian Cuisine famous to that area and of course overlooking the River in one of my favorite parts of all of New York City. Home and Heaven couldn't be in a better place. Long live The Greatest Gym and Sports Facility in all of The Greatest City on Earth!

I watch a lot of Training Regiment Compilation videos of UFC Fighters and I feel that with UFC Fights being held at Madison Square Garden often that Chelsea Piers Sports Complex would be a good venue to showcase the versatility of the offering(s) of Chelsea Piers Sports Complex for even the highest level of Athletes. I don't know if Chelsea Piers Sports Complex offers BJJ or MMA Training or Classes or Studio Demos with Athletes but that is something that I'm working to expand upon as a Personal Trainer as my personal endeavor and see a lot of inspiration in amongst the Fitness Community. I hope to move back to Manhattan soon *so much waiting!* and hope to use the Boxing Ring and Training Bags. Long Live Chelsea Sports Complex! Heaven is a place on Earth....and it smells like sweat and hard work! :p

Chelsea Piers Sports Complex is such a great Facility. Anyone can focus on instruction but it takes that extra percentage in the individual to care and the proof is evident 👍. Chelsea Piers Sports Complex is intact the bee’s knees 😊.
I love the open minded understanding of adaptability of different efforts that might be misunderstood as separate disciplines. Examples of NFL Athletes allocating. 20% of their regiment(s) in the Off-Season is a great reflection of this adaptability. Efficiency is a key to any Goal and this focus by Chelsea Piers Sports Complex is fantastic.

The views are epic in a word and just are one piece of an even greater picture of a Day spent healthy and happily at Chelsea Piers Sports Complex away from the hustle and bustle of The Mega-City! I hope to make the most of the Running Track and Cycling Equipment upon my return to Manhattan from Pittsburgh!
Thank you! I've been trying to understand circle swimming for years but never understood it until seeing your picture showing the routes! I'm a visual learner so I never understood until this exact moment even with explanations at my local pool.
Our flagship location is in Manhattan (Chelsea) but we have another location in Downtown Brooklyn on 265 Schermerhorn St. (and more locations opening next year!)
