20 to 30 Sets... If you can do that amount of sets, you'r good enough to increase resistances. To me, doing 20-30 reps per sets, for 4 to 5 sets is good enough to burn my muscle.
Just because you can handle the volume doesn’t mean you should. It will make a bigger inroad on your recovery capacity and leave less of it to grow or overcompensate. In other words this video is bullshit.😂
I'm really fast at 45 kilo's but i'm also strong for my weight lm even tho i don't have clear abs i can lift more than twice my weight w/out doing sports
A huge sign literally no one talks about: If you eat sth and get fat immideatly then thats fucking great and its way easier to gain a lot of muscle faster. This is because what you give your body your body proccesses it faster. So if you give it a shit burger and you get fat immidetly you can also eat healthy and your body will turn it to muscle way better. Fr this is underrated.
What about the strength:fiber ratio? I mean, isn't it logical to assume that a guy with larger muscles is physically weaker per muscle fiber than a guy with smaller muscles because he needs more muscle fibers to execute the same lift?
Eddie Hall is not even close to 30% in that picture. There are plenty of videos of him getting his body fat tested, where he is a lot fatter and still under 30%.
I’m reading your book now. Just got to page 100 where you quote Jack Donovan (The Way of Men). Very disappointed that you as a Christian would include anything from a self professed Satanist (among other vile things) in your book.
