Snow is beautiful as long as we don't have to maneuver or drive in it. It's rare in the Willamette Valley of western Oregon, so we hunker down and stay home. I love the muffled quiet of a snowy landscape.❄️

I googled, it says "Property deeded from William Cann in 1876 and the shell of a church hall was built. A bell tower was added in 1884. June 9, 1895 the new stone building was opened." Yeah, there are some old areas of homes in Huntsville but we have limited time in town. Hopefully next summer I will have more time explore the town!
I've been to Huntsville ON many times in the past, it's just north of Gravenhurst ON where they make hard candy. It snows so much there in the Winter 🥶❄️
Another pretty neighborhood, we have the historic old houses around, even mine started from a one room cabin in 1872. It was added on 3 sides in 1950's. We're in the gold country of northern California. Nice walk Kelsey.
A beautiful neighborhood, and I am so envious of the yards there, so green and colorful with flowers. And the mature trees...... We have the trees and I love ours, but yard is dead except for my potted plants, water rates have soared. We have been on a yellow evacuate notice til last night, about half a mile from the red-get the hell out zone. Forest fire too dang close. They pretty much have it now unless winds change. Not allowed to mow or weed eat, many fires have started from that, our fire tho was arson, grrrr. almost 2000 acres. Love seeing your "green".
A beautiful neighborhood, the yards are looking good, and I wished the kitty had come to you. A feral kitty found us about a week ago, saw him on our camera, and I am feeding him. Hopefully I will get him used to me, but he sneaks up to eat when I'm not looking.
@@SereneStepsJourney This one is young, so I think he might. We must have an x on the house because we have had many over the 53 years I've been here, and yes, I have tamed a few. Hopefully this one too. If I can get it somewhat we will live trap and get it? fixed and brought back here. I think you have radar for them too, or they for you. LOL
I would love to be in a nice warm house sitting in front of a large window watching it snow. A nice cup of hot coffee or maybe a fine whisky. And a crackling fireplace for ambiance. I have never experienced that setting. Thanks for sharing.
