Ummm I work there now I have an availability yes but my hours got cut a ton. We are so busy that have a hard time filling the shelves and we have only 7 scan guns so we have to read the tag if a customer want a price on it. If the product has no tag I have to run to the front and check to the price. I then complained to the "stock manager" this mexican dude who gave me this LAME-DUCK excuse that they are not stocking many of these items and also that the supplier does not carry any at this time. I then proceed to shop for the other items on the list and next up was Ice cream... I walk back to the ice cream freezer and guess what? - NO ICE CREAM!!!... NOTHING!! I VERY POLITELY asked the nearest employee, this foul-mouthed broad who looked to be in her 30s... "I need ice cream.. I want Winco to start selling more automotive and services like Walmart where right now I shop for automotive related due to low prices but will start shopping at Winco. The model is somewhat similar to co-op but not all I think.

I agree. I worked on their freight crew for 3 months. The management were all idiots that didn't care about the workers. Just the productivity numbers. It got so bad that they later on had to ask homeless people to work that shift. The supervisor would change my schedule all the time without telling me first and he would schedule me to work on my already scheduled day off. Then call me at night wondering why I didn't show up to work. Eventually one night I just no called no showed and got a new job within 3 days.
