If your gonna spend that much Money on the engine. Why don't you buy a nismo to do it on genius not a base model 🤦♂️🤦♂️ they look no Were near as good
Man manual transmission cars are so much fun. People say automatic cars with paddle shifters are way better but that is 100% wrong. MT is the way to go if you enjoy driving!
I learned a lot from videos and practicing on the roads because I really wanted to do it now I can go from 5th to 2nd. Down shifting rev match on the 350z is so beautiful
I don't get it so to increase the speed faster we have to down shift while flooring the throttle ?? But shouldn't we go at lower speeds while shifting from higher gear to lower gear Please explain it to me as to a kindergarten kid
@@lotarita8613 to save fuel and for engine longevity we usually drive in gears where the rpm is near the bottom on an easy road (by means of gradient and desired speed). This limits available power even if the pedal is floored. You want do be able to get to a higher rpm to have more power when you floor the pedal. Obviously when you reach the rev limiter (usually in the start of the red on most cars), you have to change up to continue developing useful power. For puttering around public roads in a driving lesson, you are usually changing well below the rev limiter.
Great video, guys ❤ how much would something like this cost. For just the swap. I already have the built vr30 7at trans with aluminum drive shaft and a fast intention flex plate. Thank you.
Nobody makes aftermarket intake cams for these engines, because the OEM setup consists of a "camless" ladder assembly with free floating lobes that can create a variable cam profile...can mimic a mild street cam all the way up to an aggressive race cam...that's the magic of VVEL. So not only does nobody make them, there wouldn't even be a point.
