I just got the watch and trying it out yesterday, when I stand on the first hole tee box, it gave me hole number 9 map. I cannot seem able to change the proper hole. It is so frustrated. There is no information how to select the proper hole. Anyone has the experience.?

I have a question. I own a T9. I am left-handed and the TEMPO feature doesn't work because I am left handed. Does the T11 TEMPO feature work for a left hander?
haven't used mine in a few months. went to use yesterday after having the watch charge overnight, used it yesterday and powered off about the 12th hole, how long does it need to charge for on first use after a few months?

First live try yesterday. Can you change the number of putts/shots taken when the bibration reminder occurs after exiting a green? Or do I have to wait until after when I am onnthe app.?

Things I hate about my T9. The touch screen can be unresponsive, especially at the top or bottom. Sometimes I get to a screen and the only way back is a swipe in the upper part and no go. I don't trust scope adjusted yardages. I was standing next to the 100yd pole and the green was way above me and the watch showed 100yds. I know I can turn it off but that also turns off green slope view. Now that alone would be ok but when you raise your hand to see the yardage it goes to the green view for 10 seconds or so and it's blank. Waste of time. The various watch faces to tell time are all lame. Otherwise it's pretty ok.

Makes more sense to just be able to add a profile. Creating a separate account, logging in and out on one device is tedious. Hopefully, you can incorporate my soultion in an app update. It would be a much better app.

Can you also suggest an improved iPad app… there is a lot of wasted space on the iPad screen. Would be nice to have larger data boxes and when you on the range with your pitching wedge, the range should be zoomed in. Dont need to be seeing 350 yards when selecting the wedge and trying to hit 130. The shot tracer is so small when it’s in that orientation. If you want to be competitive with the competition, then see what they are doing in there apps. The units it’s self is nice and I can deal with what it is for it’s price point, but could be so much more entertaining with a better app. I guess the only good thing is, I can run the E6 app and practice on their range, but like I said, the swing caddie app, could easily be improved.

A garbage video, to go with a garbage watch and poor service. So many stupid things about it, I feel the company must be idiots. Why does an instruction video need musak??? It's a "hole", not a "course" ! Most courses I have played are inaccurate (and remain so). Don't get me started on the green topography - I haven't played a single course on which it is provided, so lazy liars as well.
@@Q-Bits8 The SL2 automatically turns off after an hour of inactivity. Alternatively, if you have the latest software version, you can swipe down on the screen and you will see the option to turn it off.

Bought this watch mainly for tempo and shot tracking features...and it doesn't even work for left handed golfers. It works great when swinging right handed, it's comfortable and light... But BEWARE of the customer service...I have emailed 3 different people with voice caddie and no one has responded, not to mention both of the customer service phone numbers they have go straight to voicemail. All and all I would rather go with a company that takes care of their customers. I wouldn't recommend any voice caddie products to anyone due to customer

Hi I just bought the Ultra, but don't see any videos and I don't understand the difference with T9 as its all in Korean. Can I find it any where? Also please release a video for T Ultra watch. Great watch!

Just got one, played one round and went back to my S62. But there is no easy way to end a round, if you play 9 holes I had to shut the watch down and still didn’t find out a way to end the round and while walking to the green from over 200 out it keep going to green view. Yuk
Love the design, love the idea of what this range finder can do, why I originally purchased it. The device worked for about 4months pretty good, then I started having issues. I had reached out to the company for help, received immediate feedback and was told to re-upload the software from the site to the device. After doing this, the device worked for about 2-3 holes then I could not get a read on anything. When it would read, it was way off since I had my buddies range finder as well to verify the distances. I tried doing the software again and again, still the same issues. I reached back out to the company, again great response from them but at this point there was nothing they can do for me since they said they don't repair devices. They offered a 30% discount on a new device......ridiculous since we all know how much this one cost and I get nothing out of it...wasted my time and money on this. Won't ever buy another device from this company again, definitely don't recommend dealing with them or their products.
Is it also possible to operate the T9 in Germany? Unfortunately, the MyVoiceCaddie app is not available in the Apple Store in Germany. What options do I have?
