My forehand disappeared after I stopped playing years ago, but it used to be my strong point...Now players attack it to avoid my backhand...sigh. Hopefully, after watching this video I can not only get it back, but improve it leaps and bounds. Maybe then I can graduate from playing guys in Brooklyn, to playing those top players in China Town...or maybe not. 😝Thanks for sharing!

I haven’t buy my first short pip rubber just yet, but I’m learning the theory. Thank you coach. If I may ask, I’d like to know the safest choice of short pip rubber for me as beginner. Btw, in normal rubber, I primarily attack using backhand flick and push.

the fact that you (a semi-pro with however many years of experience behind your belt), couldn't handle the back spin of his high-toss serve multiple times just shows the level of CNT players. Plus the fact he had that 'i know im better than you by a mile so imma keep myself loose and not force anything' swag/attitude the whole time. Pretty hardcore.
