I've been playing House Flipper since 2020 and I love being creative with my builds and enjoy sharing my creations online! HF is my favorite, but I also love trying out other cozy games!

@@buildingwithbeckyYT yes. I worked in NYC as a programmer and as a Technical Writer on contract for banks and other companies including 2 contracts (10 years apart) with Google. I can’t imagine going back to that now.
I wonder if it auto creates a tunnel if you put a track near a mountain. Also I'd like to see been able to build your own building designs like you can in planet coaster/planet zoo
All I can say is, it's a really cute looking game. We needed something different, and this fits that bill for sure!. Hope the devs keep going. It's not what I hoped visually, but the FUN and easy, chill is there.
I like the idea of model railway builder game, I have thought about getting a real model railway but I don't have the space and it is also expensive, so something like this game/sim is a good idea.
This is a step in the right direction. We need an accurate model train sim and it's yet to happen! We keep getting more of the same! No one has focused on 2024-25 Ray traced games/sims in the train world. I can't understand why there's no model train sim that the devs take a serious effort at in high quality models and visuals. Love to see N Scale, HO scale with real life tracks and trains from real manufacturer's old and new. IT would sell like hot cakes.
Hey there! Interested in the game, and always glad to checkout a new channel! Couple technical pointers that stood out to me during the video. If you choose to have such a big face portion on the video, I'd recommend to look at the camera more, or use a plugin that makes your eyes just look at the camera, otherwise its a little disengaging to see you look down the whole time. On the sound side, there was a lot of background noise, which for me made it hard to want to listen to a lot of the commentary, not sure what options you have, but I'd definitely try to adjust this, breathing also stood out, but thats probably related (Sound Treatment, Post Processing, Recording Filters, Mic can all help here). Cutting was pretty pleasant, so well done on that. Sorry, I know you didnt ask for it, but I hope I've said something interesting or helpful. Good luck!

Hey! You toured my build 😊. I made the Azure Hotel. I ran out of time so some of the back areas are a little bit plainer than I would have liked. I tried to add little stories to each of the bedrooms on who was staying in them. So one of them has a mum and daughter hence the pool floaties and toys, another a honeymooning couple so they have room service and a picnic blanket. I think you actually missed the spa in the tour - it's at the back on the bottom - in the plain area😊

Hi becky i play on xbox so were really limited to what we get, recently people have been adding pictures which we can now download to use in picture frames. Are you able to do that.

@@buildingwithbeckyYT I just found out another tip while messing around, if you extend the island map and then press tab and go to property settings and change the environment to a different one, it will maintain the size that you set on the island therefore allowing you to freely walk and build in otherwise inaccessible areas :)) enjoy
Personally inzoi to me looks better than sims. I stopped buying and playing sims 4 last year very boring more tje same recycled , that is no longer fun. I think the super realism will be more imersive.
Nice to hear the opinion of a Sims player! I'm not sure how I feel about the super realism, and since I mostly only play House Flipper, I don't know if I will be interested in the actual gameplay, but it's looking cool!
I think it's ridiculous that you can't use the transform tool in story mode, just placing apples in a bowl in story is impossible as you can only fit maybe 2 in with normal placement mode...at least allow us to drop them using gravity so they free fall into a bowl lol
Can I ask what's the number of the update? I'm trying to look for the new stuff for the first game because I simply cannot work with the second (I can fill a long list with complaining about it, it REALLY sucks for me) and I find updates in the format "v23424342141" & the like. Do you know the number?
Hey there! I don't think they do a regular number for the update, just the "v###" you mentioned. What do you mean about trying to look for the new stuff? You should be able to sort by new in the categories, if that is what you mean. I'm sorry HF2 isn't working out for you :(
@@buildingwithbeckyYT I don't buy the game or any of the updates I get, I just look for them in torrent sites or piratebay-like ones. They do the v### but I'm not sure what v to look for. What I have is a v1.23103 and I feel like this one is old-ish one?
Remember how you marked areas before you got the Freestyle paining perk? Just mark the areas in the same way, and you will never paint over anything by mistake! Also, get your flipper tool into Edit mode - the Resize option will be there, when available.
Thank you! Wish I'd known to hold down the jump button to float up in the air...it's very difficult to build a roof while standing on the ground lol. 😊

I just started building something in sandbox mode and the tools are so overwhelming to me! One thing I haven't figured out is how to make a sidewalk that isn't on top of the ground. I'm excited to see more tips.
