hi Jugglet, can you please make a video playing Trickster or Onryo or The Pig, that'll mean a lot to me - I can't eat without watching your videos btw XD
The only option to win in that endgame was to slug If he didn’t slug he would’ve lost I don’t understand why survivors don’t see that was his best and only option to try to win
if only that first end game girl wasnt dead on hook, u could make the others wait a bit more, once it was at the half of the timer just hook and leave her, if they rescue her, theyre all dead and shit
Survivors can't understand.. the pace of the match is set by the killers playstyle. Which is a combination of powers and perks. It's up to THEM (survivors) to adapt. That's what survivor is about. Adaptation.
Hey everybody it was my oni ;) thx jugglet for the review Btw little lore i've got around 3.3k hours ... The game was extremely quick and there was 2 toolboxes and a hyperfocus/stake out... And my perks were hard to apply due to the map but i still made some mistakes ...
I think it is also important to note that at least currently it’s penzi is the highest bloodpoint earner in all of dbd. Like he holds the record for the most total bloodpoints gained over his time playing the game.
Jugglet I’m just about to be p70 on oni and this is my first time watching your content, I wanted to ask a general question, you typically look down when using certain techs, like flicking, but I’ve always thought they are done by looking up? Like looking up before a flick or to turn faster, I am able to do them just fine but does it work either way or has it been changed overtime and I’m just looking up for no reason? his power feels different over the years
I actually got notified of this comment, RU-vid has been weird lately...I flick down for shoulder flicks and tight angles and up for 180s around objects
God...pre-dropping pallets vs Oni is so brutal and the fact that you HAVE to make your ability count or else you're clapped...yeah..no...god. You're so damn good too, hah. As much as I want to like Oni I can't bring myself to play him, i'd get clowned on so bad.
i’ve been playing oni for about 4 days now, as a rank 1 killer. i was wondering if you could try out my build and see how it goes? (brutal strength, bamboozle, enduring, and nowhere to hide). it’s been getting me 3-4k’s every match
1) too delayed first hit, bot enough m1 mindgames and flexibility, but you run brutal so it wasnt crucial. If they played better you would have gotten power much later, ace could go to 4 lane instead of open car, second ace could not give a free hit, etc 2) after first hook thats where you lost the game tbh. You had ace in the open, and yoichi nearby in that 4 lane loop. You should have down ace at that car and then down yoichi. Meg go for unhook, you have two more hooks and injured ace, and control over semi 3-gen without strong pallets nearby. Then you just proxy, get power and trade on unhooker, slug and tunnel. Ez win 3) you still had a chance to comeback if you went straight to last gen seeing discordance, leaving your slug, and trying to snowball. But you hooked, lost power and time, gathering new one. Your build was for slugging first of all. Secured first hit with corrupt and brutal, and then using value of two info perks for finding and slugging, interrupting key gens. Tbh you cant win good team without tunneling or either constant slugging, its simply not enough time for oni if you hook every time, collecting blood and activate of ability, walking as m1 is critical time waste. And good teams are aware of that, so they play smart and not allow snowballs to happen, so tunneling one or two asap is the best strategy in the end, with heavy proxy camp. You have good flicks. But im not a huge fan of using Oni without akito on high mmr. This addons makes this killer more complex and much efficient. Complexity goes from his mindgame ability in power, when you move that fast, and from that its harder to control it with speed addons.
Everything you said in the 4 points I went over in the video 😅 and I agree with the whole proxying and tunneling is how to win at high mmr but that isn't where I have fun in this game...I enjoy attempting weird things and angles in power. I'm also trying to reduce the amount of times I use akitos as it becomes it's name "a crutch"
@@Jugglets i respect the principles and "i dont need that, cause im better" mindset, but honestly akito allows oni to reach his max limits in chase, also its better for weird stuff and angles, because you actually can run from unpredictable side of the loop with that speed) and being speedy is always pleasure. Akito is Oni's version of double speed of blight :p
I get that editing in these transitions seems smooth and cool but it just makes the video confusing, would be much better if it was a lot less cut, imo
I recently had a game where I was patrolling all gens for 5 rounds around the map.. They worked on some gens but I couldn't find anyone nearby. No scratchmarks, nobody in lockers or near rocks and bushes.. They were just nowhere to be seen. And when I found one, the person was pretty good in looping so I stopped chasing them because they had a strong loop.. So I went back to patrolling gens.. Took me like 10 minutes before I find the one and yes I even checked Basement + Lockers to be sure.. IDK why some people play the game like that TBH but it was annoying me :D
You didn’t really apply enough pressure to them for unhooking in your face . You have to play like a savage with oni because he’s basically an m1 killer .. you can’t try to 12hook against a team like this .. I’m sorry but it’s just the truth . You have to pressure them by tunneling and controlling certain areas . This style won’t cut it in high mmr
