@@kashmirmoon2516 I don’t think they did actually I love Disney Star Wars. It’s just something that is said very often so I made a video to disprove that
Great video but feel ironic that its named the beauty of star wars but has so many Rey and prequel scenes that it feels like a homage to the one character that single handilly almost destroys not only the story but the whole franchise the beauty of star war is the fans bible meaning THE ORIGINAL FIRST SIX MOVIES MTFBWY ALLWAYS
I was born right after ANH released so SW has always been such a huge part of my life. Grew up watching it, literally raised on it, so naturally I learned a lot from SW bc of this. One thing that has stuck with me these 45 some years is when Yoda is training Luke on Dagobah in TESB, and Luke says “Ok, I’ll try”. Yoda’s response has been my motto through life. Iykyk
2:28 .......what a sad image of Anakin. imagine the life he had. Sad af One of the best characters in movie history from Anakin to Vader to Father. Great video and thanks. I'm not crying.😂
The bad far far outweighs the good. I'll even give Rogue One as my fourth favorite Star Wars movie. But by far Disney as done much more destruction to the franchise and just delivered so much crap.
Don’t excuse the fuck ups disney puts out left and right. Don’t stick up for the corporation that’s steals from you. They don’t care that you care about the franchise. They don’t care about the quality of the content they release. They just want your money and we need to stop buying
Disney cinematography: 10/10 Disney story: 0/10 Disney character development: 0/10 Disney acting: 0/10 Everything else that makes a good series: 0/10 Show all the most visually impressive scenes you want, but you can never deny the fact that Disney did indeed *ruin* Star Wars.
Yeah i think my favorite part of all these clips was that time the Disney Star Cruiser shut down and they are now nearly 6 billion dollars in debt because you SJWs dont work you just cry march in the streets then come home to mommy and daddy and watch Disney Plus which they are paying for while your what like 38 year old self continues to live like a child 😊
Your argument is laughable. Disney Star Cruiser was charging around $5000 per couple, and closer to $6000 for a family of four. Even people with decent salaries would find such prices outrageous. It's no wonder they shut down early. Not even the top 1% would waste their time and money on such a mediocre experience. Lmao
@@AngelaRose-e4j yeah I know it's kind of like how Nintendo Land is doing so successful it keeps expanding to more theme parks and you SJWs keep driving Disney to lose more and more money LOL 😆 😉 😄 😜
I think the point isn't that Disney ONLY ruined Star Wars. Sure, there were okay, or even good parts, but the spirit of Star Wars as it thrived in the OT and even in the Prequels, video games, novels and comics that came before the sequels was publicly executed repeatedly by Disney when it mattered. What happened to Luke, Leia, Chewie, Han, and Lando, or even Boba Fett and Ahsoka? What kind of things did Obi-Wan Kenobi get up to before Luke grew up? They explore these things, but it's a lot like getting into a car with someone you just started dating and their driving freaks you out a little bit. You try and tell them, but they just tell you not to worry and keep looking at their phone and drifting into other lanes, taking turns too fast, and suddenly Luke's legacy is to be ignored by his last student who will go on to Actually restore the Jedi order.
ANDOR had it's moments but where it falls criminally short it's shameful lack of aliens and droids. The greatness of STAR WARS has always been its even mix of humans, aliens, and droids but ANDOR is literally ALL HUMANS!!! Seriously, watch it again and keep a tally. You might spy one droid or alien futzing around in the background here and there but I call bullshit. This really hindered my enjoyment of what could have been a truly great STAR WARS show. I felt that Disney was just being lazy and cutting more corners thinking we wouldn't notice or care.
This really puts all the good that Disney has done right with the property into perspective. Really the only things I haven’t liked is The Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker. Other than those I have little complaint. Annoyed when people do say Disney ruined it, it’s still Lucasfilm calling the creative decision shots
Bro who do you think owns Lucasfilm?! hell Lucasfilm isn't even owned, managed or even Supervised by George Lucas anymore so in the end they're just a corporate entity of Disney
Isn’t it kinda funny that most folks thought Disney saved Star Wars from Lucas when the purchase happened. They ended up destroying it in the end. It can’t ever be fixed unless some buys the IP and retcons it.
I may not be a big fan of certain aspects of the Disney Era (Sequel Trilogy, Mando S3, Kenobi, and Fett all could've been better). But Andor is a freaking MASTERPIECE! I love Rogue One too, but that probably goes without saying. The last four episodes of TCW that make up the Siege of Mandalore were fire. Solo was an over-hated blast of a movie that deserved more love. Mandalorian season 1 and 2 were both really cool in their own ways. Rebels took a while to get really good, but by S2 it was killer. Bad Batch S1 and S2 had excess filler, but when they were good, they were great! That's just a few of my thoughts! I will be nice and say you've highlighted some great visual moments from the ones I'm eh about, and you picked an excellent choice of music to go over it!
@@theelectricprince8231 I’ve seen it twice and it’s even better on a rewatch! I’d say it’s like Star Wars’s DS9: a more intense take on a franchise we all love.
Andor and Jefi Survivor are great but the sequel trilogy invalidated all that happened in these stories by not moving forward with original ideas. That statement is VERY valid.
@@azadog1233 It does, stop with the gaslighting. The sequels invalidate the accomplishments of the rebels, of Luthien, of Andorr, of Luke, of Obi Wan, Cal Kestis etc It makes their work redundant and hands all the credit down to a mary sue. And to add to booth, it has tainted my view of Star Wars (I now see it as racist due to how they neglected John Boyega and Kelly Marie Tran). You sequel defenders need to stop with this gaslighting.
@@theelectricprince8231 Firstly, that's not what gaslighting means. Secondly it literally doesn't. Objectively, these are fictional stories written by people and presented to people to consume. I never defended the sequels one bit which I find funny, all I stated was that the sequels did not 'ruin' all of star wars or make anything previously made redundant. Believe it or not, you can actually choose to experience something in different ways and I'm sorry that your enjoyment of one piece of media is somehow' poisoned' by that of another.
@@theelectricprince8231 Also if you truly feel like you're being gaslighted, you're opinion on a topic must be pretty damn fragile lol. I'm not trying to convince you that the sequels are anything lol, I'm just telling you that they don't have the ability to re write anything previously made.
@@azadog1233 yes it was. The sequel trilogy did not build or add anything to the previous stories or Star Ward as a whole. Andorr, the Mandaloria, Jedi Survivor, even Rebels enhanced what came before and after them. The sequel trilogy destroyed the continuity of the story. Sequel means it is a successor to another story, you can't invalidate what came before, that is poor story telling. I still enjoy previous star wars but knowing the stories amounted to such garbage limits my enjoyment.
@@theelectricprince8231 Those games just make another Jedi when luke should have been the last jedi. When Yoda says there is another does he now mean, Leia, Cal Kestis, Ahsoka Tano, so on and so on. Dear God
People don’t seem to realize that for some, this was ACTUALLY over 50 years of their lives. They literally gave us a lifetime of mystery and stunning beauty.
