I worked on Richard's show called Dream Maker in 1999. You are correct Mr. Dudley, Richard was just how he was on TV. Wild, crazy, happy, and zany. It was never a dull moment when he was in your presence. RIP.

You missed that he was recreating the meal that he made for Darius and his wife that the son mentioned early in the film. Nicholas Cage says he remembered every meal he ever made and every person he ever served.
