I Am a Guy With a Camera Filming Anything Of Interest I will make videos in public places, and other lawful activities. I will stand my ground for my rights in what I am doing, And I hope this will help and educate people along the way, that what I am doing is lawful. Visits interesting places and captures them on film. and see if publicly funded services are professional in their job, My videos show how people behave towards photographers ect in the public view, both positively and negatively, friendly and hostile. Sometimes I MAY film people exposing their power of abuse, whether a Steve or a Karen. I am not doing this to seek confrontation like (Pooking The Bear). If people wish to choose to put themselves in front of my camera that is down to them, and let their ignorance shine through and whether they want to act like a Dime Bar so be it, If they become hostile and abusive. Then that’s their choice, and they can become the VIP OF THE CJ SHOW.
last time i worked there i got sackd for not speking polish and thay was picking sauges of the floor and puting them back on the belt all the sines was in english and not in polish
You can ask him not to film on private property... Public photography is not lawful on private property. What the tosser does not realise is that the copper is assessing risk and getting both video, still images and a voice print... Notice the copper ask him to talk about the time and get him to say it... What cammer does not seem to realise is he's just been "stop and accounted" without it becoming a stop and search and this has been recorded for future reference... The images don't clearly show the demarcation of public and private land so it might be public that he's standing on...
Just 45 seconds from I can't ask you not to film staff- to - him asking you not to film staff. @21:15 _"it alarms some of our staff if you're filming them coming in and out . . and I can't ask you not to do that"_ @22:00 _"we have [staff] that work here, and they find it a bit unsettling, you're well with your rights to film, but I'd ask that you don't"_
That first guy in the guard house was so sound with you, and they start being a dick for no reason. Working class people just trying to do a job, little sad acts like you wasting time.
Cranswick staff and security etc are sound ..had problems with lorrys and workers using the little lanes nearby but since they have been made no access its got loads better other then that they do alot for the community aswell have apprenticeships etc
Did one day at this job post interview as a team leader. They lied about hours during interview, expected extra 1 hour per day so I quit and they refused to pay me my wages. Inside is a dark, raw smelling, icey factory
WHATS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE WHO LEAVE THEIR PREMISES AND ANNOUNCE "you need permission to film these premises". THIS IS CONTARY TO THE LAW. WHY THEN DO THEY SAY WHAT THEY SAY.? MAY I SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING: PARANOIA. IGNORANCE. THEY BELIEVE A CAMERA "CAN" BE USED FOR EVIL. THEY THINK PRIVATE INFO CAN BE RECORDED. THEY HAVE BEEN MISINFORMED BY MANAGEMENT. FALSE INFO HAS BEEN PASSED ON BY WORD OF MOUTH. THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. ALL THE ABOVE HAS NO LEGAL FOUNDATION AND WOULD BE DISMISSED IN A COURT OF LAW.
Cranswick are top notch staff and the most professional iv seen on these videos that guy new his stuff very welcoming and a lot of sites could learn a lot from their example
The irony of you accusing a security guard who has proper job - unlike you - of not ‘being busy’. You do understand that auditing emerged from the US due to police brutality. Remind me why this bullshit is needed in Hull, where people are largely tolerant, friendly and good-willed. All you’re doing is jumping on the bandwagon using your shitty camcorder you probably picked up from CeX in a hope to emulate auditors that are making money from it. Pathetic.
I doubt you could prove he was taking a photo. The only thing you could do in this case is make a formal grievance against him stating GXO data handling policies. I've just Googled it and GXO does have a public record of their data handling policy. It's a PDF file. Just Google GXO data handling policy. I've not read it yet.
Just had a quick read. This is the first paragraph: his Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) applies to GXO Logistics, Inc., including all of its subsidiaries, divisions, and other operating entities (collectively, “ GXO” or the “Company”). 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙓𝙊, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙛, 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙗𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮. As used in this Policy, the term “Company”should be read to include all persons and entities subject to this Policy.
@@cjaudit I would certainly try to put in a complaint. But he could just say he was holding his phone like that. But crucially, if he's questioned by the management, he would certainly think twice in engaging you like he did. Strangely though, I put up the first paragraph of their own policy which shows their rules on data handling. I've been dealing with data handling for years to a high degree in financial services. Financial laws are more stringent than even military industry believe it or not and because GDPR is a regulation and can be changed at any time, we were taken off or duties every six months and given a refresher. It also included corporate gifts and international bribery. So I'm not just giving you a load of rubbish here. In fact, once I have the money, I'm considering training as a certified data protection officer C-DPO. So I would enquire with GXO. Even if there's no formal enquiry, it would be beneficial to the employee, because he'll film the wrong person one day and he'll be out of a job.
@@Zooumberg Yes, that is true about what you are saying, i may think about getting in touch with them. I would personally go and take the training as a certified data protection officer C-DPO when you have the money and all the best. maybe you are right about him one day filming or even taking photos he may lose his job if he picked on the wrong person, and also the company could end up facing a fine. big thank you for the infor on this👍
hello there matey, i was looking for you for ages. Its Kenny, i spoke to you on National Ave. I have subscribed , i want a few videos of HULL, i reckon i will see you again lol. I will buy you a drink next time ok mate
On the public road you can. He can call the cops if he doesn't like it and it will take them 1 hour to arrive, then do nothing and probably tell you to move on.
hmm clone channel, CJ Stands for citizen journalism, and starter kit I do not own a drone or bike, you could say that about others, but thank you for the comment👍
@cjaudit yes, cloned channel - doesn't matter what CJ stands for 👍 you've already got the Go Pro and Panasonic hcv380 zoom cam, only a matter of time before you get the MiRider and dji mini 4 😂
