Might not have the most views, but this video was incredibly helpful with my 1993 dodge. Heads up, using an electric drill on trim pieces can spell disaster with cracking the plastic. I prefer hand tools.
From what I can see of the engine, and that's all he got out of a 460. If I was the customer I would want my money back. The original 460 in the 69 to 72 bone stock make 365 horsepower and 485 ft lb of torque.
Had my 3rd gen 2500 for a year with no issues, and finally decided to put money into it for make it look good, fresh paint, new rims and tire and I even filled up the 38 gal fuel tank, and the day after all this, I felt it shift weird and then tow/haul light turned on and then the trans temp came on. And this is the only video that gave me hope as these are all the same symptoms I’m experiencing. Now to do it without the wife finding out lol
Actually helped me alot thank you. I have the same issue going on trans temps keep reading 220, 230, 240. But temp gun on pan says 180 max now I can just try this kit
Agree, the B4U while rare is the best of all worlds in b body packages imo. Reliable, durable, and great utility. They stopped making these to produce the gmt800s tahoes, suburbans etc. I consider this car a sedan version of those suvs.
I'm so glad you did a '67 GTX, my wife's 1st car is her "67 Belvedere 2 and I as a retired mechanic was the 1 to replace the headliner. You make it look easy and it wasn't hard, and the instruction saved a lot of time and kept me from missing things like those hooks at the rear that I might have forgotten. The only thing I did extra was replace the boards at the sail panels with new ones and spray a little water and use a heat gun to remove the smaller wrinkles, the sun on a hot day did very well to shrink the headliner too. The trim is definitely a tedious, but satisfying, and the trim inside at the windshield I epoxied because they were a little loose. It turned out great Thank You for giving me the confidence to tackle a headliner!
Thanks Sir. Just ordered that part thanks to your video giving me a part name, Need to remove it to get to cam shaft sensor, might as well replace it while there.
Hi Niki, I just watched this RU-vid video and it seems that the mufflers are installed wrong. The "kinked" corner is correct at the rear but the "kink" is supposed to be toward the driveshaft for clearance. Accurate Exhaust makes the best exhaust and you do good work. I used your video on '67 B-body headliner to replace mine, made it easier than I thought Thank You!
