We are creating something unique in the Atlanta area. The integration of real estate marketing and aerial video production combined into one RU-vid channel. We'll be showcasing some of Atlanta's finest homes and taking you behind the scenes on some of our real estate and commercial drone shoots. Some videos will be polished and some, well, let's just say they'll be pretty raw.
My name is Craig Levine and I've been selling real estate in metro Atlanta since 1994. In 2014, I bought a drone and started Georgia Drone Services. Since then, I've bought more. We've been asked by other Realtors to shoot their properties for them. We've been asked by businesses to create promotional videos for them. We've been asked by construction companies to monitor construction progress for them.
Come along for the ride. All I can say is, it may be entertaining.
Seem like Atlanta would make their condos and apartment buildings a little bit taller to add more density in case Atlanta does get denser in the future.
I was at this show. Judging from your camera angle I was probably sitting just a few rows behind you. The mix through the PA was WAY too loud! To the point I couldn't make out much detail in the sound. It all just sounded like mush to my ears. I can actually hear what they're playing a lot more clearly in your video thanks to the iPhone's audio compression. Thanks for posting this.
Thank you for mentioning the sound quality! I felt the same at the recent Charleston performance arts center. The PA was very loud and it was hard to hear! Joe and Steve were as usual great!
We were very close, and looking at the recording position, we couldn't hear the guitar's mid-range sound at the scene, and all we could hear was the harsh high-frequency sound!
Craig, Thanks for posting; nicely done. I saw the show opening night in Orlando, so I know what you mean about being an epic evening. It was an excellent show, fantastic concert. Glad you guys had a great time in Atlanta.
_Nice video, but I'd like to rant for a bit lol. Outside of affordable housing If we're going off just _*_" looks"_*_ alone then there needs to be about 12 more tall skyscrapers 800ft or higher like the truist tower & 20 more mixed use buildings/stores 400-600ft high. Atlanta definitely has the money & the view needs some help visually it's neatly sculpted sure, but it'll make the city of Atlanta look much much bigger like a Manhattan or Chicago their skylines are large & full with not many gaps & several tall towers you can see from a distance. I would spread them out more above the Ponce city market area then over towards the westside above the Benz stadium up to the IKEA store then connect both sides together up to the Midtown area & finally connecting them all the way up to the city of Buckhead. That big separation gap between Downtown, Midtown & Buckhead needs to be filled with bigger buildings right now it just doesn't complete the look that's why Atlanta has like 2 or 3 separate skylines resulting in the sq mi of the city to be smaller than Houston/Denver etc._
I love these type of posts very inspiring and comforting knowing that there is a way to live good and not pay as much as you think thank you and hope to see more
what the heck? the design asthetic is all over the place and mid to boot! must be paying for the land value! As others have stated. get with a Vegas design build team asap
The DJI Avata is great for these type of shots. I’m sure you’ll be able to do a lot of Real Estate jobs with it. Have you tried flying inside any of the properties?
