That is wonderful for you Christine! Enjoy! (I received some Hobby Lobby yarns from friends a while back and love all of it. Someday I will get to the USA -- and won't need to take many clothes. Plan to leave lots of room in my suitcase for HL yarn. lol)
Yes they are! I am planning to get back to my sewing machine soon and make myself another project bag. There are plenty of tutorials on RU-vid. Nancy and Lynnette are fun when they get together.
Thank you! Here is a short video where I talk about the blanket for about 3 minutes. And in the description box below that video there is a link to the pattern it is based on. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WR1u2DRMM5M.htmlsi=UEZMLyq3B1HfgxoJ
In my store there a at least a couple of clearance sections, along the walls, one close to the sewing notions (a few isles away from the yarn aisles) and another over by the puzzles aisle.
You’re welcome 😊 Yes, it's quite a deal. Last year they did one around January and some in March and Sept. this year it was in June and September...well, those are the ones I caught. I don't go there every week and they don't announce them!
Thank you! 😊 My cotton scrap blanket...finally called it finished after a year. Time to start another. It's a Bagoday pattern. Her Peekaboo Shells: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jqv-X6El3Zc.htmlsi=9Cj3lb6OoDdtxnbp
There’s nothing like some competition. Premier, Michael’s, and Joann’s are also having killer sales this week. I grabbed some terrific bargains of the bagged yarns at Premier.
@@ChristinesCraftTable I hope I am. That order ended up being about 40 skeins. I ended up paying about $2 per skein. Some were huge mill end bags. So excited!’
Hi. I am having so much trouble. I crochet lefty. I can read the graph from left to right correct? And the stitch. And the foundation row? I’ve spent lots of time staring at the pattern!! Need help with both those things. I don’t have a written pattern so I am counting the squares and making my own. 😮 I am pretty much a beginner though I know basic stitches. Never thought this would be so hard.
Wow, I'm so sorry to hear you having problems. I cant imagine trying to go by the graph only. It is too tiny! Maybe you can get the written pattern from the designer.
Wow. You did awesome !! I have to take you with me shopping, when I go, I go absolutely blank. You matched up some great shades and I’d be there thinking everything was great and come home with a mix of things that wouldn’t even remotely go together. I was ohhhh’ing and ahhh’ing at all your finds as you went through them. Just awesome. 👏 💜🧶🤟🏼
Big surprise for me. Stopped by Hobby Lobby (in KY) today (9/18/24)to pick up a skien of yarn (30% off all yarn this week), and came upon yarn in the clearance area. 75% off!! Mostly I love this Yarn, but also, Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek, I love this Cotton, Crafters Secret Cotton, And several other lines I don't use much.

I agree, the Redwoods are their own version of spectacular. I grew up in Southern Cal, and didn't visit Northern nearly enough. So when I think of Calif. from my sheltered perspective, I think of beaches and palm trees and trees kept trimmed to look like lollipops hehe.
@@ChristinesCraftTable I'm a Northern California girl myself, so I'm just the opposite. Summer vacation was all about the woods in one way or the other... Including the obligatory drive thru the hollowed out redwood... So cheesy! Have a great day. 🐞
@@amybettencourt3404 Wow, and I think that would be amazing! LOL. I got so tired of visiting the "theme" parks that by probably the age of 30 I didn't care if I never saw another. Sea World remained my last favorite until I saw the tragic documentary about the Orcas. So now it's trees!
My first crochet Banana. A family of 4 was requested. 😊 Pattern: Bananas hechas a crochet ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i6F0v2m2XJw.htmlsi=KqQzgrJgj4uLrCSO @CositasCandy
