@@rubenstam97 of course! I love your style! Such good quality ... Just wait for one video to get picked up by the algorithm and it will bring life to all your other videos too!... For us it was the Thailand video actually ... Somehow the thais love it 😀 thanks 🙏🏼
@@rubenstam97 for sure. It's all about consistency and tweaking the video ideas, thumbnails, titles and SEO and making them a tiny bit better every time :) good luck, in my opinion you deserve it!
I think the first 40 seconds are really unnecessary and confusing and I wish you cut that out because wow at the rest of the footage! You shot each one at the perfect light, composition is great and you captured a wide variety of shots. What kit did you use?
@@rikimarizard Thank you for your feedback! I chose this intro because I wanted a build up to the volcano, just like how we got there in real life. It was quite a journey and misty, it was dark but the reward was a beautiful crater and the best views. I used the Sony A7IV with the Sony 24-105mm. The DJI Mini 3 Pro for aerial footage and the Go Pro Hero 12 Black for underwater footage.
@@rubenstam97 Nice, you've got a solid setup there then! Really crisp shots and I look forward to more videos. Totally understand the intro's purpose to show the hike up, maybe just limit it to 5-10 seconds max IMO so people don't click away. But again wow at the rest of it! You are talented 👏
Was looking forward to see your video with excitement! And what a masterpiece you put out there Ruben! Amazing colours and sharpness in your shots, i love how you use the blurry vignette! And WOW, the underwater sculptures look brilliant! this is going to be a big one! We are now even more excited to go to indonesia soon! thanks for that!
modern city, remote island, volcanoes, beaches, waterfalls, green rice fields, wilderness jungle, ancient komodo, warm people, nice food, in one coutry, here in Indonesia
Incredible shots here! Just one tip: it would work a lot better if the direction in each scene followed the previous ones instead of flipping from one to the other. Otherwise really good!
@@alexandconi Thank you so much Alex and Coni🙏🏼 I use the Sony A7IV for my ground shots, DJI Mini 3 pro for air shots and the GOPRO Hero 12 black for underwater shots
@@rubenstam97 thats a great quality you bring out of your drone, are you colorgrading yourself and if yes, how did you learn or which tutorials did you watch, the look great! Just bought a fx30 recently myself and trying to learn all about this camera, its so exciting
@@alexandconiThank you! Yes, I color grade it myself. I actually use many layers to color grade. I also play with different luts and combine them. And I grade every clip on its own. The most important thing besides basic correction is to use the curves! You can create many styles using that. The last couple of years I learned a lot by just playing around and trying new things. But you can always watch tutorials on RU-vid:) Wow the Sony FX3 is great, hope to use it one day!
@@rubenstam97 thanks for the detailed answer! yeah, its all a process that takes time and practice... no wonder there is the job of a "colorist"... just for all that knowledge
@@alexandconi Yes true! My video about Indonesia is almost done, loved color grading that one too. It’s my biggest project so far! I’m curious what you think about that film🙏🏼
