I publish one playlist about the GHPC video game. (Gunner, Heat, PC!) My primary interest in doing it to help any people considering buying the game can see how I play it. There are plenty of other YT publishers out there for GHPC that can run circles around me in this game. But I hope it provides new players one type of playing style that wins the mission, amongst the many other styles you see. Brac
Thank you. I have a ton of videos in my playlist, around 50, and 10 shorts. Drop in and watch some, recommend my channel if so inclined. I am not an impressive player but I post my gameplay mainly to offer alternative strategies for winning in the game. ru-vid.com/group/PLGAT5PXJ51TiqAUbdWwmdcSlAlQsSMy5V&feature=shared Brac
I was using it. But there were a couple of times that either I didn't do it right, or it didn't take the set. Yeah, I was sayin WTF when the shots went way off.
Hey cadman, how is it going? I bought the game, ill say, its very good but i think it lacks content, such as ambient destruction and visuals, i like to mess around in the target range, like shooting an APDSFS round into 3 targets at once.
Yes unfortunately, damage decals and object destruction work is the last thing on their roadmap list. I hate we have to wait for that to be the last thing they do. But you can use all that time to hone your skills with the game in the meantime. Even multiplayer functionality comes before visuals. Not going to be joining in on that. Don't like 10 yr olds shouting curses and demands at me.
Hey cadman, i wonder if ghpc is actually worth it, i heard the devs werent so friendly on a bad day and that the AI is bad, can you tell me if i should buy it?
Hey Rifle; Your question leads into so many subjective personal factors it's hard for me to leave you with a recommendation I am confident I gave you the best advice. I can give you my perspective showing you how it appeals to my wish list of gaming. I love realism in what my eyes see; my primary happiness when gaming. The feedback I get from my senses during play dominate my love of any game. You can say how deeply I immerse, the more I enjoy it. This is personal to the individual so I can't say any other person derives this same amount of gratification from GHPC. I am an old guy, hit 65 yrs old this year. I have seen and experienced the inception and evolution of personal computing from the beginning. I was gaming when it was a text-based logic game on a CRT monitor and a 5" floppy disk. I have my living with a pc since 1991, in CAD engineering. I don't know anything about you and your pref's, but have appreciated your comments and knowledge in the ghpc reddit and discord. For me, even $40 is not a lot of money for this game when you see leading similar genre call for $80 to play. But, again, it depends on what makes you happy. You have to spend some time in deep thought about that. Meditation brings clarity to mind. I have reached my point in life because I give time for deep thought and mental acuity. Try doing this. It requires a quiet undisturbed environment, with no distractions of noise or visual. Your answer is already waiting for you, all you have to do is reach in deep enough to hear it.
@@jbrac1958 oh i understand, im still a kid and i dont like spending money since i grew up with a family that is great and made me learn not to spend money on everything i want I think im gonna buy it and try it out since the game is only like R$57 (13 dollars~) and i got some giftcards from my friends (steam ones) by the way, do you need a editor for your videos? i think the main reason there is almost no views is that the videos are too long, like i could cut out boring parts and put in highlights, that could make people try watching, that helped my channel grow a lot I always loved tanks/military stuff and ghpc is a realistic game that has a kinda small community so its hard to find channels like yours
@@RifleRaptorYT I will be 100% frank, my health has been giving me hell. This weekend is the 2 weeks of covid, the 2nd time. Plus I am trying to stay employed till I reach 67. I have not been able to make videos much less edit them very well. Yes, I would be very interested in you doing the edit of my recordings. It may just be I am missing the point. But I am sure I don't have the personal health or stamina to do it now. I started it to help new and novice players learn how to play using my strategies. Please mail me at Bracbin at proton.me. Let's discuss it.
great work also have you seen the new dev stream what happened to day ? if not the devs showed off some new things that will be coming to the next update one of them being the flagship tank of the GSFG the T-80B
TY. Yes I was aware of the dev's agenda. Not exactly thrilled about more Pact tanks. I am strongly patriot to the USA. Goes against my grain to play as a commie.
@@jbrac1958 not Shure what "agenda" you're talking about as we already new what T-80B is coming to the game around two or tree years ago along with the T-64A and T-62 as well as the pact ATGM vehicle's and the M901 too
There are people who have a mind and brain\hand coordination that can play a mission like this with ease. The 15 - 30 yr old range seems the most adept with pc games. I am neither young nor adept. I have to play strategically using location, cover and good timing to come out on top. I don't mind this and do enjoy the game in spite of it. What makes the mission win so very hard is the scripted timing of the company movements. Once you cross the trigger point (power lines) you have to act quickly and very precisely to even survive. To win it, I need that extra luck factor.
I think I have completed this mission twice, once was pure luck & managing to outweigh the soviet armor in a head on battle, the other time involved a lot of luck in ordering fire missions that actually hit their targets which enabled me to get enough ai to survive so we could sort of pincer the small village.
The outstanding graphics are what sold me over a year ago. This game gets monthly updates making it better and better each time. The devs are totally committed to making it IMO, the best tank game ever.
Thanks for the tip. I do have 3 shorts of my ghpc vids. But I am not certain I have things set up right for them to be found easily in shorts. The guidelines said the word "shorts" had to be in the title. But I see plenty of shorts that don't. Its confusing to me. Here's links to them. ru-vid.comZyMYh74vvDo?feature=shared ru-vid.comNdGoS1SBq94?feature=shared ru-vid.comfUqeZ9fFXDw?feature=shared brac
Patton Pass is a stand-alone mission. But I do agree campaign play has much to be desired. The authors are focused on completing functional vehicles and other content for the game, and resource utilization. I think campaign work is near the last objective in their task roadmap. I do love to play a long campaign. I look forward to their improvements for it.
Your shots were missing because you were firing right as the tank was bucking from the hard stop and the stabilizers couldn't keep up. It's debatable whether this is realistic, but for now, it's a consideration you have to account for in the game.
I noticed, in hindsight. I've been trying to improve my shoot on the move ability by shooting sooner or while moving. This is harder on the M60A3. The M11P will spoil you with how much better it facilitates this. But thank you for pointing out reason for misses.
This mission is great because all you have to do is sneak in and sneak out, but it's just SO tempting to try and dome an M60 while you're there, with usually chaotic results.
Couldn't agree more. This isn't the first time I played this mission and could not resist the temptation. Would be a pretty boring video without some boom boom bang bang.
