Can anyone help me? I did everything as shown in the video. I was also able to connect the Tactacam WLAN to the cell phone. But it doesn't connect properly.

So i have 9 of the 2.0 cams. Just swapped batteries with a new set and it only shows 60%. Can we have a ETA of the 3.0 coming to canada. Its really holding up some scouting trips i have to the deep bush. Archery season opens in one month in Alberta Canada.

I purchased one and mounted it on my scope. the camera records well when not attached to the gun; however, when it mounted on the scope, it shuts off each time I pull the trigger and records nothing. I really loved the idea of recording my shots, but I am very frustrated now!
Why won’t mine connect with my iPhone, It’s not a year old and my iPhone 14 is brand new. I go through all the steps till it says connect and a could not connect to internet keeps popping up. What’s wrong?

@RevealbyTactacam Just throwing out some feedback on the two new cameras. While I am ready to get my hands on these new products and put them to the test in the deer woods, it would be great if the pro models came with a lithium battery. Other than that, I feel like these new products are a homerun. Good job fellas and keep the improvements coming!
I've got 5 of the X Pro and they work good . Just set up a new 3.0 and it's supposed to show gps , but it's not showing coordinates or showing up on the map.

Love the new camera the only thing I don’t understand is when I have my solar battery on it just says external. No battery percentage. But then it shows the internal battery percentage. How can I see what my solar battery is at?
@@anthonysanzica8272 Thanks for the feedback about the external battery indicator! In the current app version, the external icon does show that an external battery is connected, but it doesn't display the voltage level yet. We'll be sure to pass your feedback along to the app team for their consideration in future app enhancements.
we have the 4.0.1 app one camera works great, one camera we had stopped using wanting to get back in service cannot seem to activate it. Get 3 options where we are Cancel the activation in yellow then 2 in red. Basically looks like cancel the activation or delete the camera. Billing went through today and cannot get the camera activated. Help
It is crazy to me companies come out with new cameras and not lock boxes for them at the same time. Or better yet having the lock box features built into the camera! I have 2 xb models and will try the 3.0 pro if/when a lock box comes out.
So far I only have 2 fawns on camera, 2 different does have a fawn each. The coyotes must have got their other fawns because these are mature does with plenty of food so they should've both had twins. But I'm sure there's other fawns around that just haven't been on camera yet. I usually get about 8 or 9 fawns in my area a year.
@RevealbyTactacam we have 703 acres in the middle of nowhere so coyotes are out of control, we shoot all we can but it doesn't make a dent in them. That and mountain lions, wild hogs, it takes its toll on the fawns but like I said that's only a small section of land so I don't know what else is there but I'm sure there's a bunch of little ones running around just haven't been by a camera yet. I have 3 tactacam but I don't have service in other parts so have to use SD cameras.
@@daveszangulies9938 When’s setting up your 3.0 camera, you can connect it to your phone and get a realtime live stream video on your phone to properly aim your camera. The live view will have a centerline to assist you in aiming the camera to your desired point
Appreciate the update; however, would be nice to have a head's up before it's implemented. Also, lot's of basic questions about compatibility below that could have been answered in an email prior to the update. We understand your excitement about getting it out, but don't lose track of the practical side of it all.
Dottkom1... May I shed some light. Think the agent some what confusing, The app is on the website and I you have it download, Open it and Look at the 3bars upper left, open that and look down at bottom(below Log out). It should say what version you have 4.0.1(2700), There isn't a new APP-just a newer version of the app you already have..
