The land is two times the size of a standard house size here in the Gambia. direct sea view and a stone throw from the highway. location is highly develop and well desired. if you don't know the pricing of land here especially in this location is fine after all its just a choice to make. You still can get a land at 350,000 dalasi in a remote place in Brufut and probably with a very unfortunate road access
