Sure, go to the place in the menus where you press to close the display manually, hover over it, and then just hold the number you want it to be mapped to.
One time the roof got stuck open and it was about to rain. Made it to the dealer garage right before they closed. They charged me $360 to close it and give a diagnostic. They said they can fix it with a special part order from Germany that was $800 and took two weeks to deliver. The car already had a bunch of other problems too. The first one was the oil pan gasket. Then they said there was a problem with the charcoal canister. They also gave me a list of parts that allegedly needed replacement. Twice the price of their online order listings.
I can give you one really important reason why you shouldn't buy it! Do you see these cars anymore I know I dont 😅 maybe one more bus tickets are expensive these days 😂
Hey, i found e39 530i, manual, original m version, electric heated seats with memory, navigation and few more but it has over 360 000 km, do you think its worth it?
Hey man, great video! Very good to know how much leg room this car actually has (I'm about 194cm tall). What do you think of E70 X5M? Is it worth it? Or will it be too difficult and pricey to maintain?
Not sure about the exact number but I'm around that height and the answer is: loads. X5 M definitely not recommended unless you're absolutely in love with the car and the platform, I'd recommend the 30d to just about anyone though.
Some Fl versions had orange turn lights, and damn they certainly do not look horrible. IMO On 668/9 paint they look fantastic, i would never change it for white ;)
Random tip about the helmet hook- turn your helmet around so the opening faces the fairing rather than the sky. That'll keep your helmet protected from rain, dirt, and bird poop 🙃
A lot of the time it’s a tradeoff between the potential bird poop vs the sure dirty fender. I mostly go for the bird poop side and since I also put my gloves in there it feels less risky
I have a '98 540 V8 4.4L. The 325ft lbs is great grunt and even at 60mph when you tromp it, the car jumps. I love how it drives and how it performs, and looks. I will say that they run very hot and under high pressure. So ensure that your cooling system is in good shape. Mine is non-vanos which makes things simpler.
So I have behind the supercar, which has the same engine as the one that you have here. But it’s got bigger wheels and it also has shipped gears, but you only shifted with a heel tow shifter and you don’t have to manipulate the clutch with your left hand the heal toe shifter disengages the engine, and all the shifting is done with your foot but it does have years and you have to use them, and it has four gears and neutral. And I have about 5500 miles on mine in less than a year probably about six months or so they had 9 miles on it when I got it used. It has been awesome. I wanted that one because it has more capability for storage capacity. I added a rear rack to it and I have a 65 L locking waterproof box on the back. Also when I wear a backpack, all the weight of the backpack rests on the box, which is awesome, I plan on putting a little front box as well I have to mess around with that because it’s gonna affect the horn outside of putting the wheels onto the rims. I have done all other maintenance, but I have switched the rims with new wheels on them. I have replaced the chain adjusted the chain just did the rear brake change the front brake pads. I have adjusted the valves but they really didn’t actually need it but you’re supposed to check them in 4000. I have changed the oil multiple times. And I’m really curious to see how many miles I can get out of the thing we shall see. I was thinking about buying a bigger motorcycle, but I’m being cheap about it and I’m just gonna stick with this one except the faster highways it can go anywhere on the road. I almost bought the Honda trail, which is the dirtbike on off-road version, but it was another thousand bucks and it didn’t have a gear indicator a gear indicator. But yeah, I’ll get another bike someday it’s probably gonna be quite some time till I need to do it. There was another guy that had on ground that I was watching a video about and I believe at 82,000 miles the top end of the motor had to get rebuilt, he did it himself and, still ran luckily though from the factory mine came with LED lights all the way around and lock brakes in the front. I personally would not get a motorcycle without an electric brakes at least in the front but in the back is actually a drum break that’s purely mechanical. I actually prefer it that waybecause I know that if I need to, I can lock up the back tire if I need to and the front having the ALO break would not be so great unravel but on the road it’s great but I’m not taking it off road that much so it’s all good
#20: This is such an underappreciated upgrade. My Mercedes CLK came with some generic rubber floor mats and they were just horrible, they didn't even stay put. So i got a set of genuine MB fabric floor mats, they were like 100€ including shipping but very much worth it. Many Nordic people get rubber mats because they're supposedly better in bad climates but i haven't noticed any adverse effects with these fabric mats.
11:41 I have a version with folable back seats. You fold the seats up, and the back down forwards, if that make sense. I have transported a whole ikea kitchen in that car.😊
get her a 2023 cfmoto 300ss or 300nk. they have sales on them that make them cheaper than groms right now. all the power is in the high rpms so they are super safe for beginners but still fast enough for freeways when she gets confident enough
I agree, a good E39, with no rust is a great car, comfortable cruiser, easy to maintain. But the 520d is very slow and underpowered, it really is, and in no way I’m saying that it should drive fast, but the car is very heavy and the it’s not even a CR diesel so power delivery is lacklustre, and if you map the 136 it gets pretty smoky and relies to much on boost so poweband is not great. One easy and cheap thing to do if you do not want to go with the m57 conversion is go to the M47TU from the E46; much better and easy swap and you can map it to 165-170, since it’s basically the same engine as on the early E90’s, it improves the car tremendously.
Gotta agree with you that the 520d is not the fastest. Although there is an easy way to fix it, cheaper than an engine swap too: just get a more powerful one
Agree completely. I think these were the Tigar Ultra High Performance. It's a Serbian brand that has some really interesting tires. Was really surprised by their winter offerings. Cheers!
We've got the 2010 and 4 days ago got the 2016. Its a big step up with comfort etc. Love BMW until it wants your $. When the 3 year mechanical warranty expires we'll sell and get a later model and so the cycle will continue.
Odličan video al zašto u miljama govoriš, drži se ti kilometara na sat, a milje stavi u zagrade, znam da pucaš na globalno al opettt, imamo mi svojih jedinica za potrošnju, brzinu.... Pozz
