Almost correct, according to the actual wiring schematic you need to put the Estop between S11 and S52 to drop both channels the way you have illustrated it shows S52 to S12 this will not work as with the jumper between S21 and S22 will not allow channel 2 to drop and you will not be able to reset without cycling power.
Video is good. But Yellow color is not proper to see on video. Come color to blue. You have shown A1 in red color. Red color matches with red color of safety relay. You have not shown A2.
