The one with all the old Canadian Armed Forces training videos from the 1980’s to today.
Recommended Re-Use Attribution: As the majority of these videos are from the Government of Canada, No permission is needed from myself to re-use these videos. However, I recommend that major re-use provides a byline in the description back to the original video/playlist. If you also tell me that further discussion is being added onto a video that I have uploaded, I’ll add a counter-reference in the original to the new discussion.
Oh wow! Haven't seen this animation in almost 30 years! I produced this series way back in the 90s! Unfortunately they're only rendered in low res (computers were slow back then! ;D ) so a bit blurry for today... Have some HD renders of them now if you'd like to see them A. Let me know here and I'll figure a way to get them up for ya...
If they are just images, then could create an album on Imgur.com, and host on there. If they are full-on videos, you can upload to your own channel, and I’ll replace in the C6 playlist and sunset my versions.
6:48 the issue back then, and the issue now, in 2024. Solving the issue doesn’t take a female leader but a leader willing to address the issue professionally.
@A_Ryan - Love your video, thanks for reposting Canadian history. I need your help, I'm looking for this old vide, I think it was the airborne regiment, storming an old airport I think? do you have it? I'm training an actor for a 70/80 movie and need old videos that has small team man entry into a compound … like a warehouse. Do you have any reference footage of this in the 70s early 80s as to there technique as opposed to today’s techniques. Entering hard with flash bang, taking cover Signaling....
I do not recall coming across any the videos that you have mentioned. The videos I have about the Airborne are in this playlist: ru-vid.com/group/PLnWPymzAhLz-yCX_Qc5-IukLFQ0gxrANQ&si=d3a-j42-rH9k8Uq_
Meme si un martien atterissait sur terre aujourdhui il suffit qu'il regarde 15 min de ce doc pour comprendre que les communiste n'ont pas gagné cette guerre merci a la propagande de ce film la suite direct de la propagande pendant la guerre froide
This is very interesting, as I just watched the dual M240 video. In that video, the belt breaks when he is doing the shooting, and I immediately think of this. Normally, the gun should be able to cycle well from soldier height, but maybe due to the amount of force on an unsupported belt, it breaks apart. While it's uncommon, it's certainly interesting to take note
Proud Cold war commando here. Steel pots and wet, thick wool, in winter. The most retarded bureaucracy in existence, the most shit equipment money can buy! That was our motto!
A yes a video demonstration where the actual part that matters for the demonstration is hidden behind the oversized sensoring so it all becomes pointless
We had a PO1 who was missing part of a little finger(before he got in). So when new people would come to their first line detail we would ask if they remembered this video then the PO1 would show the finger and say "This is what happen when you don't."
first IA, he says wpn stops, empty mag, how do you know without cock and look? not the best IA drills. oh and safety was left off at the end of unload.
My favorite and hated rifle at the same time. Favorite - because it has good accuracy and grouping(and it just looks cool). Hated - because compared to other rifles, for modern realities it is too long, with a non-adjustable butt and quite heavy - ~4,6 kilograms with a loaded magazine and C79A2 scope.
Question: would anyone be able to provide a list for all the most common Soundtracks used in DND/CF Doctrinal videos? I'm considering trying to remake them in Arma 3 using Modern CAF equipment.
