My go to soup! I also like to take the last bit that might be enough for one bowl or less, make it into a gravy and use it for Salisbury steak gravvy base, just add the right seasonings to your onion soup broth and it's spot on.
I think the best stuffing for potato pierogi is 50% potato and 50% white cheese (plus of course lots of fried onion, salt and pepper). Those pierogi that a contain less cheese are cheaper in general and in my opinion arent that tasty!

I am from the USA. I do not like nor drink coffee. That said, I don't know anyone here that drinks coffee without milk or cream and sugar. They act like all people here drink black coffee. We don't. It would be helpful if you didn't continue that assumption. I've never said anything about it before but now it's getting ridiculous!
The trick with Yorkshire puddings is they either contain the meal or additional gravy, as you consume the gravy you simply cut a Yorkshire pudding to get more gravy... and gravy should be thick, flavourful and plentiful.
