Group of adults on vacation. Multiple rooms. A few days in we found all mattress covers with stains from guests who stayed in the rooms before us. SO GROSS! This was in addition to the weak AC, poorly operating fridge, and toilets that don't flush. Mold in throughout the bathroom. Furniture that was very old, damage, and if repaired it was repaired very poorly. The bath towel shortage is a real issue. When we escalated all the way to the manager on duty, who is the person who posted the sad form letter canned responses to guest feedback on expedia, that person tried to explain how difficult it was to provide clean bath towels to each guest in each room every day. Nothing but an admission of incompetence!!! Everything is a long wait due to understaffing, which seems to make the employees miserable. Outside of the a restaurant or two, the food is just awful. Unsanitary conditions. The inside buffets smell bad, have flies and birds after the food that sits out for hours and hours with proper maintenance. Food at the outside BBQ is often dangerously rare. Many people ill as a result. This resort is being run by incompetent frauds. They need to sack all of current management, bulldozer everything … maybe sparing the coffee shop and food truck … to the ground, and start all over! DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! If you want to ignore any reviews, ignore the many, many, many 5* reviews that are posted on google everyday and during the day for the 'super animation'. DO NOT GO TO GRAND SIRENIS PUNTA CANA!!!
Grand Sirenis Punta Cana ruined our family vacation. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! Unfortunately, we experienced virtually all of the negative feedback items mentioned elsewhere, including a dump of a room and major stomach illness from undercooked food. What was infuriating was the staff soliciting positive reviews or, worse, taking your cell phone and leaving positive reviews on the resort from your phone. We were solicited for positive reviews. We heard the same from other guests while at the resort. We were warned not to let staff take your cell phone. Each day, every day there are easily 10 to 15 positive reviews on google for ‘super animation’. The resort staff was very persistent on having my phone at check out to ‘check out through expedia app.’ I absolutely refused to hand over my phone, I never logged out through any app, and nothing happened as a result. Save your money and aggravation … READ AND LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Go somewhere else for your vacation!!!
Don’t waste your money. The rooms are dirty, filled with bugs (roaches, mosquitoes and flies), there’s mold in the bathroom, beds, chairs, and sofa. The main pool is murky and disgusting. Horrible place! I don’t recommend.

#GrandSirenisPuntaCana ruined our vacation! We will never go back! DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Our rooms were run down and all of AC, fridge, and toilet did not work well. Until we discovered the issue, we were all sleeping on beds with mattress covers with body fluid stains from guests who stayed in room before us. The food is poorly prepared, often undercooked, and not maintained at proper temperature. One of our group came home with salmonella. Do yourself a favor, find a different resort for your vacation.

Hi I have seen various videos of Mauritius resorts published on your site very nicely done. My family ot 10 adults and kids want to gonto Mauritius in Oct25. In order to have the best all incisive for family with good variety of activities and entertainment, what would be your recommendation, knowing its beginning of summer and it might be cooler please? I would really like to go to Riu Terqouis however I have read its extremely winding in Le morne. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you
